From our perspective, it is incredibly valuable to work with a partner that offers an easy-to-use and compliant platform, combines this with a strong customer-support focus, actively invests in developing high-quality features, and provides a Partner Account Manager fully dedicated to the partnership and our mutual success. What do you dislike about Findity?

Some features are not fully adapted from a white-label perspective. While we as administrators have access to the full platform experience, our clients are limited to a reduced experience due to access restrictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Findity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Findity helps us address the need for a scalable, compliant, and user-friendly expense and payment platform that can be offered to our clients as part of a broader service delivery. The platform simplifies expense handling and controls, ensures regulatory compliance, and reduces manual work for both consultants and end users.

For us, the main benefit is having a reliable platform that is easy to administer, supports multiple clients efficiently, and is backed by strong customer support and a dedicated Partner Account Manager. This enables us to focus more on value-adding services rather than operational issues, while also offering our clients a modern and professional solution.

What do you like best about Findity?

I love using Findity because it provides a quite good roadmap and new AI for us in the future. It supports our team functions and our end clients well. I think their technology is top-notch, and they have the best kind of partners along with their own functions available that are high level. Their mobile tool is launched and they are good at following our needs, especially being a local player in Finland. I also appreciate the nice contact persons and high energy they bring. From all aspects of using the system (user, approver, administrator, system manager) it is a very good system. The support is important and it is very fast for CE so the best I have met so far. Also very easy to get in contact with developers who listen to needs of customers and partners. Great communication and collaboration when you are a partner.
