The support is important and it is very fast for CE so the best I have met so far. Also very easy to get in contact with developers who listen to needs of customers and partners. Great communication and collaboration when you are a partner. It is fun to go in to the app. To photograph my expences is very good. **What do you dislike about Findity?** When I photograph it does not always choose the right expences. But the amounts are in 99% correct. So that is good. **What problems is Findity solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can always do my expences and travel cost when ever I choose. I save a lot of time to just photograph expences during my trip and then update all the items when I wait for the flight or sit in taxi. To see my expences in my app. ### 11. Benefits; collegues basically thinks it´s fun to use CE and therefore they report the receipts earlier then before. More control for us at accounting. ### 12. Technology giving the business value. The application is already "one step ahead", just waiting for more companies being ready for digital receipts. Once the travel industry (taxis, restaurants, flights, trains,...) starts using digital receipts, that's when we'll all get excellent value of the application. **What do you dislike about Findity?** Cannot find anything that I dislike. The roadmap is really interesting, adding extra value. **What problems is Findity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers use the app. For us as an accountancy firm, we practically have "no touch" on the expense management process. The process is quick and with new functionality in the roadmap, the process for reminders will also be improved and reducing time spent for our accountants. ### 14. The time between when you have the expense and when you get the refund from your employer is also shorter since you can register the expense right away in your phone, rather than wait until you get back to the office. ### 22.
