Finblick Reviews & Product Details

Finblick is a comprehensive accounting application designed to operate natively within the Salesforce environment, enabling businesses to manage their financial processes seamlessly without the need for external tools or system integrations. By consolidating various accounting functions directly into Salesforce, Finblick streamlines operations, enhances data consistency, and improves overall efficiency. One of the core features of Finblick is its invoicing capability. Users can create, manage, and send invoices directly within Salesforce, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing the risk of errors. The application supports various invoice types, including partial, advance, and final invoices, and facilitates the generation of electronic invoices (e-invoices) in compliance with formats such as XRechnung and ZUGFeRD. This ensures adherence to legal requirements for electronic invoicing in both B2B transactions and dealings with public authorities. In addition to invoicing, Finblick offers robust quoting functionalities. Sales teams can generate professional quotes swiftly, utilizing existing CRM data such as accounts, products, prices, and opportunities. The application supports automated pricing and tax logic, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all quotes. Customizable templates allow for alignment with corporate branding, and multilingual support caters to international clients. Finblick's integration with DATEV, a prominent accounting software used in Germany, facilitates the seamless transfer of accounting-relevant data from Salesforce to DATEV. This integration automates account assignments and preconfigured booking entries, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors. Data transfer can be executed manually or fully automated, providing flexibility to meet various operational needs. The application also includes a bank integration feature, connecting bank accounts directly to Salesforce. This enables automatic retrieval of bank transactions and synchronization with invoices and credit notes, ensuring that payment statuses are always up to date. The integration supports multiple banks and accounts per tenant, accommodating complex organizational structures. For businesses managing multiple legal entities, Finblick's multi-tenancy feature allows for the centralized management of various organizations within a single Salesforce setup. This is particularly beneficial for companies operating across different countries or regions, as it supports multiple currencies and languages. To address overdue payments, Finblick provides automated dunning management. Users can configure dunning levels, deadlines, and escalation logic to automate the sending of payment reminders and dunning letters directly from Salesforce. This feature helps in reducing manual follow-ups and improving cash flow management. Furthermore, Finblick supports self-billing processes, enabling the automatic creation of credit notes for freelancers and partners based on predefined criteria. This streamlines the settlement of commissions and services, reducing administrative effort and ensuring transparent and timely payments. The application also offers SEPA Direct Debit functionality, allowing businesses to collect payments via automated SEPA direct debit. Overall, Finblick provides a comprehensive suite of accounting tools within the Salesforce platform, enabling businesses to manage their financial processes efficiently and effectively, all while maintaining data consistency and compliance with relevant regulations.
