The UI and UX look fairly good overall, but they can be troublesome and difficult to navigate. The integrations are adequate, yet still limited. From a performance perspective, it lacks the level of flexibility I need for API calls. It feels more managed and directed toward saving, rather than being directed toward performance. Pricing also seems limited from my point of view. Support is limited when it comes to solving issues related to the products offered and the problems identified. AI intelligence also feels limited on their SaaS. **What do you dislike about Finastra Essence?** Their support team takes forever to resolve issues, and when they do provide solutions, it’s usually just a workaround rather than an effective fix for the real problem. I’ve also run into issues with loan calculations, and system timeouts have caused data problems in some cases. **What problems is Finastra Essence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finastra Essence helped solve the problem of multiple systems in our organization by providing one SaaS platform that covered all solutions. It was beneficial when all products could be viewed in a single window.
