Excellent for claims adjusters **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** trevor h. | Co-owner/CEO, Insurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2024 **What do you like best about FileTrac Evolve?** we have used filetrac for 4 years now for all our files daily and it is an excellent system for the entire claims process, from keeping up with contacts and due dates. there is alot of useful tools, my favorite that saves a significant amount of time is you can create templates with "tokens" which will pull specific information (example: claim number, insured info, claim info, policy details, VIN: etc) from the claim file and practically automate reports. its also useful generating production reports and billing with keeping others up to date by sending text/email alerts within the diary notes **What do you dislike about FileTrac Evolve?** the interface was tricky and pretty time consuming when first setting up our company within the system, but it has increased productivity significantly since, **What problems is FileTrac Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** cloud management of the entire claims handling. ### 2. Its a great communication portal.One can able to do all billing and calculate and pay outs in the same software. **What do you dislike about FileTrac Evolve?** Overall it is a good software. However, some of the user rights need to an additional development. As per my point of view it implements the changes without communicating properly. **What problems is FileTrac Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very beneficial and allows to communicate with othwrs companies on a or theough a single software which eventually saves a lot of time. I think it has a lot of great qualities. I like how it lets you communicate within and outside your organization. It also assists in setting deadlines. It's also very easy to upload documents. **What do you dislike about FileTrac Evolve?** FileTrac is capable of generating documents automatically. I just wish that users could have their own option to upload templates that they want to use. For example, I have a letter that I send out on a regular basis and I would like to be able to save that in FileTrac as a template. **Recommendations to others considering FileTrac Evolve:** It's a good software, but be patient. There are a lot of things to learn and the best way to facilitate that is to maintain a positive attitude! **What problems is FileTrac Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solve problems in the claims management industry on a daily basis with this software. I really like that other companies use it. Since there are so many different people to communicate with in the insurance industry, it's really nice that FileTrac allows different companies to communicate through one software. ### 4. It has tremendous speed, and I love that you can log time and expense and get the reports to go along with it. **What do you dislike about FileTrac Evolve?** I haven't used it very much; I am a beginner; however, so far, it's been easy to use, I love the design, and the support is always there. Also, you can check the system status right from their website; it's always available and visible to all. **Recommendations to others considering FileTrac Evolve:** It's a cloud-based system backed up daily, and you can feel secure because it has SSL encryption. **What problems is FileTrac Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the built-in diary system, and the reminders are a plus! It's great to log in and see your notifications and reminders of the task and items that need your attention. I've come to realize that being able to add a quick note without having to open the claim file is a great time-saving benefit. ### 6. Interface is very user friendly and all inbuilt features are upto the mark which makes it easy for users to communicate in a clear and precise manner. **What do you dislike about FileTrac Evolve?** Sometimes the system hangs and the system crashes immediately. **What problems is FileTrac Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** it saves a lot of time while setting reminders for the tasks that are left midway. It took me a few weeks to gain an understanding, and I feel that it makes my job easier. I do believe that the interface is user-friendly, and it has the user's time in mind. **What do you dislike about FileTrac Evolve?** Though the interface is user-friendly, I did need to take some time to explore all that the program has to offer fully. The training on how to use it I received did not go into as much detail as I would have liked, which would fully help with my tasks. **What problems is FileTrac Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilized this to help organize all of our claims. With this system, we were able to keep track of insurance claims. It is easy to click on the reports with any attachments I want to send with it and email to one or more people at a time. I am able to put notes in the file that I can make visible to just me or anyone. **What do you dislike about FileTrac Evolve?** I honestly can say that the is not anything that I have found that I dislike about it. From my perspective I could not do my job as easily as I do without it. **Recommendations to others considering FileTrac Evolve:** I recommend it highly as it is the best tool for keeping track of your reports and files and documents and sharing them with others. It has so many other features to use as well, notes and direct email and uploading is easy. **What problems is FileTrac Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not having any problems with it. A lot of companies charge for each additional user after a certain point, but this one doesn't. It's easy to use for claims adjustments. I feel like it has made our company more productive and mobile by allowing for access on anything that has an internet connection. The people at Filetrac are very friendly and helpful if you ever need to contact them with a problem or concern. **What do you dislike about FileTrac Evolve?** I'm sure once I start using it more I will find some things that I dislike but as of right now there is nothing to not like about this program. **Recommendations to others considering FileTrac Evolve:** Do the free trial and see if you like it. There is a risk free trial so there's no reason not to try it out if you are in the market for a new claims management system. You can access your documents and data from any computer with an internet connection so it makes it convenient if you are traveling and need immediate access to your files. **What problems is FileTrac Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** It works great with QuickBooks, which I love. I am a huge fan of QuickBooks so anything that can be used in conjunction with that program is wonderful. It's affordable and easy to use as I already stated. It saves my company time and money by being efficient in retaining records, speed and ease of use in creating reports related to claims adjustments, and even backing them up online.
