**What do you like best about FileTime?**

FileTime is user-friendly and much easier to learn and use than the free state-provided filing program. We use it on a daily basis at our firm.

**What do you dislike about FileTime?**

It’s more expensive than the state-provided filing program. It can also be slow at times.

**What problems is FileTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us efile documents quickly and efficiently. It is also helpful to view envelopes to see if a pro se party has viewed the documents we efiled.
