Getting started was simple and fast. I like the auto reminders to submit our annual reports and the option to use Filejet as a registered agent and to create new entities. The dashboard is great: at a glance, we know our compliance status and when annual reports are due. I love Filejet's incredibly responsive customer support - you can actually speak with real human beings that know their stuff so I don't have to submit a ticket for someone to get back to me at some unknown point in the future, maybe. Additionally, the organizational chart is useful and easy to use, inviting multiple users is better than sharing a single sign-on, and I like being able to upload all relevant documents so they are available in one place. Filejet is also very cost-effective. Hiring a registered agent to do what Filejet does would be way too expensive and far more than we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The cost is a lot cheaper than the big companies (CT Corp, CSC) and they continue to improve their product. They recently revamped their portal, and I like the changes. When service of process documents are uploaded, they are not always correctly categorized with the type of document that is uploaded (e.g., garnishment vs. another type of document), or always tagged to the correct entity (we have a large number of entities). Filejet helps us stay on top of entity annual renewals by listing all entities (and states in which each entity is registered), along with reminders of when renewals are due.
