our company is still in the implementing phase so my knowledge with the software is only so extensive. But so far I love the fact that I can attach commissions to jobs. I have yet to find software that does that. It's super intuitive and easy to set up. The import from our software into the software was a breeze and their customer support is so helpful. I really wish the software offered a way for notices and forms to be sent directly to the client once they were completed in the field. It would save a lot of manual work time on our end. Otherwise, I can't say that I have much to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
