I also like that you can see how much each job costs and the details before accepting the job. **What do you dislike about Field Agent?** I don’t like the $3.00 payout minimum and that some of the jobs appear twice. Having to wait several months before some locations have jobs. I also don’t like that some jobs you might not be able to do because of customers or employees blocking or restocking the areas. **What problems is Field Agent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most jobs have side notes explaining how difficult it may be to find some items which really helps in deciding what jobs to accept. ### 2. They offer easy instructions for each job making it easier to pick a few jobs at a time. **What do you dislike about Field Agent?** My only dislike is I wish they gave more than 4 hrs after you accept a job to get it done. Most times a job comes up in my area it's late and the store does not open for 8 plus hours making impossible to complete so I do not accept it. **What problems is Field Agent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Financial problems. ### 3. They may ask you to purchase a particular soap, take photos of a store display or report on stock on shelves at a particular outlet. You are generally reimbursed for purchases and paid a "bounty" for your work. Its easy enough, and doesn't take long to complete. **What do you dislike about Field Agent?** The number of "missions" has declined in my area, which makes it less desirable, and I don't check the app as often as I used to. Sometimes the items it wants you to purchase are not available, which can be frustrating. **What problems is Field Agent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits are learning about new products on shelves and getting to try them for very cheap or free. I believe companies contract Field Agent to understand store stock and availability, so helping companies learn more about supply chain. ### 4. The tutorials were simple to follow. Navigating the app is easy. Received payment quickly when I cashed out. I find this app much easier than Observa, Premise, or other similar apps. **What do you dislike about Field Agent?** In the early days of the app, there were lots of small glitches. Field Agent quickly sorted those out and corrected them. Most jobs are very small dollar amounts. It works be nice if more than 1 job were offered per store. **Recommendations to others considering Field Agent:** If you're looking for an app that can help your company blind test products enmasse, this is a good pick. **What problems is Field Agent solving and how is that benefiting you?** The jobs requested are almost always different. Some have been brand requested to sample and test out products like laundry soap. Others have been quick audits of lighter displays at check out registers. Field Agent gears the jobs requested to fit the customers needs. It had a far reaching audience at it's disposal, which gives clients a diverse sample pool. ### 5. It's a good way to get to know retail and products. You can receive income while learning merchandising. compared to other competitors out there it's easy to understand , to get what they're asking done easily. you also can purchase items that they're asking for reviews and they compensate you along with your purchase amount as well customer service seems to be really excellent at helping you when you have a problem or concerned about one of their items or projects to be completed **What do you dislike about Field Agent?** for you you don't feel agent over almost a year now I've had no problems no concerns no complaints with their platform. I don't see how they can make the legend at this time any easier or better to use or more understanding **What problems is Field Agent solving and how is that benefiting you?** field agent in some ways has helped me with my job and retail merchandising it's shown me lots of secrets on products as well on the buy and tries. they're I spies are a good way and helping you learn excuse and all the numbers and all the things printed on a label ### 7. It's super easy and fun and can be done on your own schedule. In order to get a lot of "jobs", it's best to search when in a populated city. I recommend it! **What do you dislike about Field Agent?** The only thing I do not like is I don't have lots of opportunities where I live but I am always out and about and can check if anything is available. Real time information on the state of retail, Field Agent tools offer the easiest and most efficient path to get a comprehensive view of the marketplace. 2. Consumer research and reviews...here speed is the key, Field Agent can react and execute faster than our other partners. 3. Mainly this is more useful when we have multiple branches, and we need to know how customers value a specific branch. **What do you dislike about Field Agent?** At times, some tasks will be incomplete due to a lack of participants, and it would take a long period to get the results. This usually occurs if the business is located in remote locations. **What problems is Field Agent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once we have multiple stores setup for a business or if we have a specific product sold in various retailers and want to know how customers feel about the product or if we want know how/what promotions each stores have to market our product, Field agent plays the best role in helping us get answrs. Field agent recruits independent contractors who can perform tasks like Product experience insights, Mystery shopping, and so on, where customers capture multiple photos of the product in the store, and also share their shopping experience and product review as well. This will provide great insight about the business end to end from a customer journey perspective. ### 11.
