**What do you like best about FeatureIT?**

FeatureIT offers me an opportunity to derive certain information from the isolated data sets. It helps me have a consolidated view of customers and their behavior so that I can make decisions based on data, with more confidence.

**What do you dislike about FeatureIT?**

The addition of new data sources can be rather complex. There are no intuitive interface to easily tailor connectors, for the process needs technical understanding to set up the custom ones.

**What problems is FeatureIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FeatureIT works as a control panel that gathers the information and displays it in real-time. It was difficult for me to see the big picture of my business and fragmented information hindered my decision making process.
