We've received great personal support. Favro has a designated webpage for posting issues that have been found or even asking for new features and voting on ones that other users have suggested.

Generally, the UI is very welcoming and doesn't scare off even the most task-tracking-averse people of our team. Even though it offers quite a wide range of features, it still feels simple and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, we still encounter many bugs in our day-to-day work with the tool. Some are minor, but others really require us to find some workarounds.

Favro doesn't handle large amounts of data very well, and we frequently need to wait for tasks to load. Even more frustrating are the bugs that are related to this, where, for example, search results are incomplete, or sub-folders appear empty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very intuitive, and easy to understand and work with. I like the fact you can just simply drag cards and create new ones on the go. Competitors usually lack the flexibility of Favro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that sometimes it is difficult to find how to make Favro do exactly what you want and that there are no shortcuts in the editing function, so if you want to make a change you have to click and load the card rather than having fast keys on the side. I truly like the way you can build your own advanced and flexible structure, supporting the way you actually want to work. The ability to put all kinds of information onto cards, use cards on multiple boards, and even have boards in multiple collections, as well as the highly advantageous option of setting up automations makes this the best work organising tool I have ever used. One thing I do miss, is the ability to set up customised dashboards (reporting cards, collecting info from a selection of boards, visualising trends, etc.) I hope that this is something that will come in the future. It would also be great to integrate Favro even more with other tools, like email (how about an integrated email client?), integrated spreadsheets on cards, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In Favro, a single piece of work (card/task, if you're from Trello/Monday/whathaveyou), can exist in multiple places and workflows at once. This means you don't have to *explode* your works into a billion disparate tasks, and then manage those. You manage the one piece, like a User Story, and the work associated with it lives within the card and can be 'Done' in one workflow while still in 'ToDo' in another. With great power comes great responsibility. Favro lets you make all your workflows totally custom... which means its kind of hard to wrap your head around and really get rolling with without diving in headfirst. Our three studio leads took a full day getting oriented on it and thinking through its workflow implications, then our team of 6 converted everything from Clickup in the span of another day, then we've been tinkering and expanding the work since then.
