Hi Nilanka! If you are an administrator for your organization, you can edit permissions for other types of members.

The 3 main leves of users are Administrator, Member and External Member. All these 3 users have the ability to add, edit and remove. Is there a way to restrict this?

Hi there!

You can change what Members and External Members can do in a board level by going to the board permissions. Also you can apply for the whole organization in the Administration - Settings menu .
