"Makes work tasks organized and easy"

What do you like best about Favro?

Easy to toggle between tasks and to move tasks around on-screen. Also it's easy to see comments and notes for individual tasks. The autosave function is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Favro?

Tag notifications from coworkers and ticket issuers can be easily looked over or missed, so reminder emails or pop-ups on-screen while using the site would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Favro?

I like the way the Collections and Boards are displayed and how easy it is to change views and make all the information clear to whoever needs it. Also, making it possible to connect cards throughout different Boards and Collections so we only need to update one of them is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Favro?

I believe the interfaces are not so easy to adapt - you do need to spend a few days studying Favro to understand where everything is and how to make it work. Also, the automations are there, but there are only a few of them and many are missing more customization. Due to that, we have to find workarounds all the time and even like that there are some things that I consider basic and that do not exist on Favro (such as sending notifications to the PIC of the card, making calculations, etc.). What problems is Favro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Right now, Favro makes all the information we need to give visibility to the team easy to access and update. It also is helping us a lot due to the fact we have many boards with the same cards, so we can work using only one board and the other ones are updated automatically (that is VERY useful when we have Sprints). It's difficult to find something I don't like, but I believe they could offer more support in Portuguese. Brazil is a country where less than 5% of its population speaks English, and this could be a huge differentiator in the national market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Favro?

So the tool is very useful and when put to good use can definitely leverage the results of your team. Having said that, people who have never used Favro or other such tools might have a hard time figuring out how to use it - a better tutorial (or constant learning tips) would help cut the learning curve. The lack of a better tutorial, introduction or support material for people of all knowledge levels to be able to fully explore what Favro has to offer. What do you like best about Favro?

The design of the tool, combined with the number of options and connections that you are able to do in a single collection or board are amazing. The timelines are optimal as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Favro?

The tool is so complete and has so many resources that we had to have a 3 days course to understand and repass the acquired knowledge. This means that the tool is not as ergonomic as it could/should be. Simple tasks sometimes becomes hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Favro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Favro is able to connect several projects into a main board and adequate this to a kanbam in no time. This actually means that you can simply create a backlog like an excel and retrieve kanbam and timelines in no time, giving visibility to all steps. I appreciate the base functions like shortcuts, the ability to undo and drag and drop everything. I think simplicity is important. But also versatility and functionality are important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
