  ### 1. Efficient, concise, and user-friendly case management

**What do you like best about FastVisa?**

I really like how easy it is to document directly to a case. Creating comments and uploading documents is straightforward, and I love the drag-and-drop feature. The interface is user-friendly and well organized.

The client portal has saved us a lot of time (and money, since we no longer have to mail hard copies). Clients can access copies of their packets there, along with correspondence, which makes the whole process much smoother. I also appreciate the ability to customize several aspects as needed—for example, turning on email notifications when comments are added to my assigned cases, and setting alerts for when priority dates are current or when EADs/passports are expiring.

The Pulse feature has helped us in a pinch when questions come up about file history and versions, and I rely on Tasks to keep me on top of deadlines. Overall, I like the simplicity of the system while still having enough customization to find what works best for both staff and clients.

The loading speed has improved significantly. I also believe we pay a fair price for the service. Customer support is great—quick and responsive—and I’m looking forward to the use of AI. The integration with Stripe works well, and I don't recall a time when I've had issues with it.

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

I dislike that some information from the profile does not auto-populate on the forms especially when a new edition comes out. It can lead to errors across multiple forms. There have been a couple of times where I am logged out of FV during standard work day so some of the edits that I have done on forms or comments that I thought would be added to the case did not post. There have also been times when I try to upload a document and the error message disappears before I see it because I move to another tab or screen. I believe that the task has been completed but then later on realize that the document wasn't uploaded which has caused some delays.

**Recommendations to others considering FastVisa:**

I think the quality of support is an important factor to evaluate when considering which case management software to use, and FastVisa has a support team that responds quickly to issues even if it's just to confirm that it's added to their to do list. It was fairly easy to learn how to use it, and they are working on ways to improve the service.

**What problems is FastVisa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FV has helped us obtain and analyze our cases and data better with all the reporting features. This has saved us time when our grant reports are due. The Tasks and Notification feature have also helped us better track our cases and stay on top of deadlines.

**What do you like best about FastVisa?**

I like that FastVisa is easy to use. The platform is very simple, which makes it easy for our staff to use and ensures they're actually using it. This simplicity helps me as a manager to pull reports and ensure we're adequately reporting what our staff are doing. Also, FastVisa has helped us streamline our work and create more continuity between our offices in Waco, San Antonio, and Austin. It makes sure that our teams are presenting and storing data in similar ways across different locations. FastVisa is also much more affordable for our nonprofit compared to our previous product.

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

There are a couple types of reporting information that I would like to have a different way. Right now, we can pull a report of when cases are created and when cases are closed, but I would actually like a report that shows when cases are worked on during the year.

**What problems is FastVisa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use FastVisa for case management, receiving client fees, and pulling reports. It streamlines our work, maintains continuity across offices, and its simplicity ensures staff engagement, making my managerial tasks like reporting easier.

**What do you like best about FastVisa?**

I like FastVisa because of its user-friendly interface, which makes it simpler and easier to understand. This helps us train new staff without having to repeat instructions over and over. It's self-explanatory with no weird formulas or obscure tools. I also enjoy the reporting tools, which provide detailed statistics and analytics across the department. The scheduled reporting feature has been helpful, because it allows reports to be set up and delivered to our inbox at a convenient time without having to be run repeatedly. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to have intakes managed separately from our regular case structure, which is especially helpful for us as a nonprofit.

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

There are no significant dislikes but I am looking forward to integration with a greater variety of AI tools or perhaps some sort of agents into the system. I don't think there are major structural changes that need to happen, I'm satisfied with the tools developed so far. But I'm looking forward to the new AI tools that may be released later this year.

**Recommendations to others considering FastVisa:**

Everyone in the immigration law should get FastVisa. It will tremendously help your practice.

**What problems is FastVisa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use FastVisa to handle and organize large amounts of data, client profiles, and documents with a friendly user interface. It helps us manage specific cases on a daily basis at our nonprofit.

**What do you like best about FastVisa?**

It is very straightforward to use and user-friendly. Both my team and I were able to familiarize ourselves with the system quickly and without any difficulty.

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

On very rare occasions there may be a glitch with a form generating the information correctly, but it is usually addressed by the fastvisa support team and is resolved in a timely manner

**What problems is FastVisa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In other case management systems, we would deal with the same repetitive issue, such as invoicing problems or data storage limits, for example.  We have not had this issue whatsoever with FastVisa. Anytime we have an issue or anything that needs modifying their team is quick to respond and correct it such that it does not become a repetitive issue.

**What do you like best about FastVisa?**

FV allows for easy collaboration on cases amongst staff. It has also simplified how we do reporting and has opened up ways to better track our work and follow trends in our work and client demographics.

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

There is no auto-save function when working on a form. Staff need to remember to actively save a form as they work, which can be hard to remember since so many of the platforms that we use have an autosave feature. This can lead to errors or incorrect information being left in forms, or needing to go back to the form to redo work.

**What problems is FastVisa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I said, FV has helped out enormously with reports. We love the customizable reports and have used them to get quick stats on our work.

**What do you like best about FastVisa?**

We've had Fast Visa for about 2.5 years and we deeply appreciate the system set-up from customized client intake, completing forms, interface with clients, data tracking and producing reports.  It's a complete package.  There is great  timely and friendly technical support.  FV does what it can to support customer needs.

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

I wish there was a way to automatically print "comments" for the hard file.

**What problems is FastVisa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It organizes, centralizes and manages all aspects of immigration legal case management from intake, forms, tracking priority dates and deadlines, communications with clients and other referral sources,   It's easy to access data needed.

We like that they make themselves available to us whenever we are faced with a challenge.

I dislike that the training is presented rather quickly and it can be overwhelming. However, they allow for questions and explanations.

FastVisa is a team that works with you and has always made support available to us when needed. Great customer service.

**What problems is FastVisa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving several issues. In the past, all of our data collection was done manually on a spreadsheet. Today we benefit from the ability to break down the data collection in a more effective and accurate form. Thus allowing us to better report our numbers to our grantors.

**What do you like best about FastVisa?**

We work with many clients who have low English proficiency, so collecting clients' intake information and supporting documents, then putting that information into forms has been an area that we wanted to improve. FastVisa team worked with us to set up intake questionnaire in different languges and client portal where clients can upload and interact with us. We also had some customization request and they listened and worked on it fast. I highly recommend to use FastVisa.

Nothing at the moment and no issue thus far.

We are trying to solve duplicate data entry and improve client interaction. Using FastVisa has been fantastic since we see improvement in our process and handle more cases. Our client satisfaction rate has increased as well.

I like FastVisa platform's simplicity and easy-to-use features. I generate many reportings for various business needs, and FastVisa's reporting feature allows me to create custom reports for our needs. Their customer support has been great and very responsive. Also, they listen to our feedback and add features periodically. Overall, using FastVisa has helped us to have a better process internally.

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

There is some learning curve at the beginning, and I wish they offered more tutorials. I shared this feedback with them, and they're working on adding more.

Generating reporting for various needs, sharing updates with clients efficiently, and handing intakes and document management better.

We love that it does everything like immigration forms, case management, reports, billing, intake questionnaires, etc. It's so user-friendly, and it has a secure client portal.

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

It doesn't have everything yet. However, they listen to what we need and continuously make improvements.

Try it out first. It's not perfect, yet it has the potential to be the best immigration case management.

The benefit is having all-in-one immigration system. Before using this software, we used several systems for intake, collecting documents, invoicing, etc. Now we use one system, FastVisa, to handle it all.

The platform is easy to use and customizable to fit our needs. Also, I like the simplicity of the platform. It has all the essential features that I can use, unlike others that confuse me with too many features. FastVisa team offers great customer support.

Nothing at the moment. I wish they share updates they plan to release in advance.

Instead of using multiple platforms and storing data in different places, we were trying to consolidate all data in one place. With FastVisa, we were able to do that.

I love the simplicity and time-saving nature of this software. I have used many different immigration software and non-compare to FastVisa. It has lots of great tools, and staff finds it easy to use. They have excellent customer support and training.

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

Setting up intake questionnaires and procedures (workflow) takes a bit of effort to figure out at the beginning. The staff helped me to navigate processes easier. Also, it would be great to have email integration. They're working on this, however.

**Recommendations to others considering FastVisa:**

I like it because I can customize intakes and reports. Unlimited storage and cases are a real plus. Client portal is user-friendly.

We're a non-profit organization that handles a wide variety of immigration cases. We have complex funding sources and reporting requirements and need to track a lot of data. FastVisa worked closely with our team to customize the platform to meet our needs. They were very responsive to questions and open to feedback. Would definitely recommend

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

Not all of the functionality we needed was immediately available, but they helped us set it up. The data transfer from our previous platform was largely smooth, but with a few hiccups.

We are figuring out ways to capture all the data we need for grant reports and to promote collaboration among team members.

FastVisa platform is straightforward to use and easy to learn. I really that I can create client questionnaires and intakes that fit my practice needs. Also, through FastVisa's client portal, clients can easily share documents and make payments, which is a huge time-saving for our practice.

They release new features fast, so it would be great to have more training information.

We were looking for a platform to help us to better interact with clients, minimize duplicate data entry, and increase our efficiency. We used other platforms and weren't happy with those because it wasn't user-friendly, and it seemed they weren't updating forms fast enough. With FastVisa, I no longer have those problems.

**What do you like best about FastVisa?**

The FastVisa platform is easy to use while meeting the needs to manage immigration cases. The platform easily integrated with our workflow for managing our cases. FastVisa is especially useful for storing client data and documents, and the autofill feature for application forms saves a lot of time. The intake questionnaires and client portal is helpful to gather information and documents from clients securely. It is easy to report issues or ask questions. Someone from the team always answers promptly and works quickly to resolve any issues. The FastVisa team is also always working to add or improve new features.

**What do you dislike about FastVisa?**

There are some inconsistencies with autofill between forms, though there are easy work arounds. It would be helpful to have be able to sort and organize supporting documents. Being able to sort and search intake "Tickets" would be helpful for conflict checks. More development in the intake area of the system would help in managing potential clients in addition to retained clients. For example, a feature to mark if we reached out to the individual would be useful in keeping tracking intakes.

**Recommendations to others considering FastVisa:**

If you have an immigration law practice or are a non-profit organization focused on family based immigration, this platform is very useful tool to help serve clients effectively. The FastVisa team is a pleasure to work with.

**What problems is FastVisa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better way to log interactions with clients, and the platform makes it easy to add case notes after calls, emails, or meetings with clients. We also needed a case management system that was easy to use so that we would actually utilize it. The previous platform was difficult to use, so we ended up mainly using other applications to manage our cases. With FastVisa it is quick and easy to update.

**What do you like best about FastVisa?**

The FastVisa program made my work life a lot easier. I have used another program, but it was not a good experience that I could not manage the program easily, but the FastVisa has a flexible way to manage the clients and the work. Paul Kang's team is also very responsive and always available whenever I need help or have questions regarding the program. It is such a pleasant and smooth experience working with FastVisa.

Nothing I have so far. I just highly recommend it.

There was an issue putting a letter on a form, and I asked Paul about the issue, and he resolved it immediately.

Paul and his team meet with us regularly and are always open minded about recommendations for updates and additions to the software. FastVisa has implemented the additions quickly and are always available for tech support. The platform itself is user friendly, unlike many of the giant dinosaurs that dominate the industry.

I have no issues with FastVisa, either performance or support.

We have solved payment and document issues with their easy to use client portal. The client portal empowers our clients and has been a blessing during the pandemic.
