We work with many clients who have low English proficiency, so collecting clients' intake information and supporting documents, then putting that information into forms has been an area that we wanted to improve. FastVisa team worked with us to set up intake questionnaire in different languges and client portal where clients can upload and interact with us. I like FastVisa platform's simplicity and easy-to-use features. Setting up intake questionnaires and procedures (workflow) takes a bit of effort to figure out at the beginning. The staff helped me to navigate processes easier. Also, it would be great to have email integration. They're working on this, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
