What do you like best about Fastpath?

Fastpath is a great tool to leverage when configuring and maintaining a compliant ERP system! Fastpath is user friendly and generates all of the necessary reports required to monitor your environment. The team at Fastpath is up-to-date on all new regulatory guidelines and product updates. There is a depth of knowledge on the FastPath team that is unmatched. When in doubt about a topic or solution their team of experts are there to lend a helping hand. What do you dislike about Fastpath?

Sometimes the reports take a while to generate. However, this is usually due to the risk appetite of a client and how many areas they want to track. Fastpath always teaches the risk based approach and this always helps prevent this issue from occurring. Also, when it does occur the FastPath support team jumps in to save the day. What do you like best about Fastpath?

Layout, configuration and setup are all very easy, doesn't take a lot of time to get running if you need a solution ASAP. The security designer tool is super useful when making changes to user role assignments or adding new permissions to existing roles. Its great to have insight into a change's impact before actually making it. We also really like the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fastpath?

I find the navigation to be a bit convoluted when digging down deep into menus, also the names of some of the system reports aren't super descriptive so it can be a bit confusing for a new user. I think the conflict rule setup could be easier, its not entirely clear when you open up the ruleset which permissions are actually involved, you have to dig down pretty far to get to the actual permissions instead of just the containers you've defined. What do you like best about Fastpath?

We only use their GRC studio module . It is very user friendly. You can set up filter to show only the data you want to track. The report also generates within seconds and can be exported as PDF and Excel as well as other formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fastpath?

Very good report on Netsuite SOD and user critical access review. Also, I aware there are also Access Management to allow the approval process setup within the application and then automatically setup user and permission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not very easy to setup rule set and also, not able to get a good SOD report on Salesforce. It will be good there are more document or help document on new feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fastpath?

It has an interface with a fairly intuitive design that makes it easy for me to use at all times, in fact, when I started working in the company I was able to easily adapt to the system in a short time, the fact that it has all the necessary elements to perform my tasks. Well distributed and organized activities is something that ultimately helps me to make my work much more accessible and simple, another quite positive and interesting aspect is that it allows me to organize and manage everything that refers to the security and insurance issues of the site where I work, that is, I work in a clinic and thanks to this application I can easily access all this information through the system, the customer service team is quite fast when answering our questions or when we are presented with some type inconvenient, we really are very happy at work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fastpath?

The detailed reporting across all modules, the automation in setting up access reviews, processing identity management requests, configuring and mitigating SODs, the training available to end users via the online help page and live training, and timely support from the support team.
