What do you like best about Fastpath?

Fastpath is a great tool to leverage when configuring and maintaining a compliant ERP system! Fastpath is user friendly and generates all of the necessary reports required to monitor your environment. The team at Fastpath is up-to-date on all new regulatory guidelines and product updates. There is a depth of knowledge on the FastPath team that is unmatched. When in doubt about a topic or solution their team of experts are there to lend a helping hand. What do you dislike about Fastpath?

Sometimes the reports take a while to generate. However, this is usually due to the risk appetite of a client and how many areas they want to track. Fastpath always teaches the risk based approach and this always helps prevent this issue from occurring. Also, when it does occur the FastPath support team jumps in to save the day. Recommendations to others considering Fastpath:

I would highly recommend Fastpath Assure to anyone who is a system administrator, SOX director, internal auditor, external auditor, or anyone in a compliance function. Overall the tool has something applicable to each one of those roles and provides the necessary insight to obtain required information to keep an organization compliant. If you are looking for a tool to help with governance, risk, and compliance, I would recommend requesting a demo with the Fastpath team. The product speaks for itself. What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently I'm utilizing Fastpath Assure to develop segregation of duties business activities and build out assessments to provide for clients on a risk based approach. Additionally, I'm leveraging the critical access reports to conduct reviews with the client from both a role based and user based approach.

Auditor always coming knocking on the door looking for reports showing a database log of items. Audit trail helps us provide the necessary information to track the who, what, where, and when.

Security designer helps us solve the unique security requirements for very unique organizations with various levels of risk and business processes.

Identity manager helps from a firefighter perspective to provide the appropriate access at the right time helping us solve the question of "why?".

"Simple Straightforward Compliance Tool"

What do you like best about Fastpath?

Layout, configuration and setup are all very easy, doesn't take a lot of time to get running if you need a solution ASAP. The security designer tool is super useful when making changes to user role assignments or adding new permissions to existing roles. Its great to have insight into a change's impact before actually making it. We also really like the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fastpath?

I find the navigation to be a bit convoluted when digging down deep into menus, also the names of some of the system reports aren't super descriptive so it can be a bit confusing for a new user. I think the conflict rule setup could be easier, its not entirely clear when you open up the ruleset which permissions are actually involved, you have to dig down pretty far to get to the actual permissions instead of just the containers you've defined. What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?

SOD analysis of netsuite users and roles has never been easier. Frankly netsuite offers zero tools to do this without some kind of external analysis so something like fastpath is an absolute requirement if you have SOD concerns. We have been able to run our controls entirely based upon Fastpath's output, and insure ourselves against future violations by utilizing the security designer. "Great Compliance Software"

What do you like best about Fastpath?

We only use their GRC studio module . It is very user friendly. You can set up filter to show only the data you want to track. The report also generates within seconds and can be exported as PDF and Excel as well as other formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fastpath:

We originally used another audit tool called “SL Auditor” to monitor all changes in the AP vendor tables. It took forever to run a report. We replaced it with FastPath after we upgraded to SL 2015. I highly recommend this tool to anyone who is looking for a reliable audit software to track their AP vendor changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fastpath?

Very good report on Netsuite SOD and user critical access review. Also, I aware there are also Access Management to allow the approval process setup within the application and then automatically setup user and permission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fastpath?

Not very easy to setup rule set and also, not able to get a good SOD report on Salesforce. It will be good there are more document or help document on new feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fastpath:

Reduce a lot of manual work on doing SOD. Fastpath is very good on the SOD and Critical access review, you could rely on them for the analysis and rebuild the user roles for the systems. Also, this is very helpful if you start from scratch on the role redesign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fastpath?

It has an interface with a fairly intuitive design that makes it easy for me to use at all times, in fact, when I started working in the company I was able to easily adapt to the system in a short time, the fact that it has all the necessary elements to perform my tasks. Well distributed and organized activities is something that ultimately helps me to make my work much more accessible and simple, another quite positive and interesting aspect is that it allows me to organize and manage everything that refers to the security and insurance issues of the site where I work, that is, I work in a clinic and thanks to this application I can easily access all this information through the system, the customer service team is quite fast when answering our questions or when we are presented with some type inconvenient, we really are very happy at work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fastpath?

The documentation for users is non-existent, so in the presence of any problem or doubt we must contact the customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has allowed us to organize a large number of tasks within the clinic where I work, especially on the issues of health insurance and staff safety, not to mention that it has been quite useful when having to perform any type of audit within of the organization to review and guarantee the correct functioning of the entire system and the process in a much more practical and direct way. The detailed reporting across all modules, the automation in setting up access reviews, processing identity management requests, configuring and mitigating SODs, the training available to end users via the online help page and live training, and timely support from the support team.
