We use Fastpath mainly for auditing but now expanding to other modules. Easy to use UI and great support from the team. Quarterly account management meetings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found quite a few bugs since I started using it but they're usually resolved quickly in the next few software releases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our most significant benefit is reviewing segregation of duties conflicts each month & having an automated way to document review & approval. We also use their reporting to record all changes made to security within our Accounting software each month. We then validate each change had appropriate authorization & was assigned correctly. These are two main SOX controls for us surrounding our Microsoft Dynamics AX Security. These controls help us feel comfortable with our security & controls. Fastpath also has a good reputation within the audit community & it helps our auditors feel comfortable as well.

We have been a customer of Fastpath for over five years & have a great relationship with their team. They have helped us out in numerous scenarios when designing processes. FastPath has been integrated with NetSuite for a long time, Separation Of Duties setup was straightforward. We have set up automated prompts for access certifications based on levels of access (i.e. Administrator, or others with approved SOD flags). This certification of roles on a monthly review makes our Audit reporting super easy for both quarterly and Year-End audit reviews.

We have also recently moved FastPath to Single Sign-On, which further reduces our exposure security-wise, but also helps in ITGC narrative (and reduces reporting against non-federated logins).

We have used the FastPath / NetSuite integration to provision and de-provision users with NetSuite access for years without any issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When adding a new user to Fastpath, defining what they are allowed to do in FastPath can be a little time-consuming depending on what they are being allowed to do. Once the report is generated and downloaded naming of the piece is identical for each one them. i would like to see if the report name gets copied over the download file—every time, I has to change the report heading just for this reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
