What do you like best about Faraday?

Faraday seems to have some powerful data analysis capabilities that could prove insightful if you've got the data, the analysis chops, and the time to really get at those insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Faraday?

The platform is difficult to use in my opinion. It could just by marketing manager skillset that's at fault, but in almost every other tool or platform I've used, I can jump in and figure it out pretty quick. I can't say I ever really figured Faraday out. Perhaps the naming schemes of things like recipes, pipelines, payloads, outcomes... were just confusing to me. I understand it's a data/AI platform at it's heart and can only be simplified so much, but I do get the sense it was built by engineers who are comfortable with this level of complexity, and could benefit from making it just a bit simpler or refining UI/UX, Onboarding and naming schemes a bit more. What do you like best about Faraday?

Faraday has a wealth of demographic details for US household which makes it a great choice for marketers to use for prospecting. They have a easy to navigate plaform and a caring support team that helps out in every way possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Faraday?

There is a lot of data available. And getting a sense of coverage in specific areas is very easy from the platform. Furthermore, the speed at which Faraday has been able to delivery on custom requests has been very impressive, especially when my team needs things on a very short notice. What do you like best about Faraday?

It sounds great - more customer data, custom audiences, and customer profiles, especially in IOS-world, awesome, right? When push comes to shove, it's a lot of fluff and very limited-quality performance. What I liked best was when we could finally cancel the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Faraday?

The new audiences did not perform better than our business as usual, and it only cost us an arm and a leg to find that out. The only thing more disappointing than the performance is the account management. Stay far away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
