FACTS Payment Plans Pricing Overview

I like the ease of use as one of the best features of FACTS Payment Plans; it's very user-friendly. It’s easy to understand the steps needed to complete transactions as I enter the information. I really do like that I can make notes about each transaction, which makes it easy to follow any adjustments made to the account and provides an explanation of why something occurred. The support staff is wonderful to work with when an issue arises; they are extremely helpful, explain the change process in detail, and are very knowledgeable about the product.
