What do you like best about ezTalks?

It is the easiest communication tool I have used. Integrating this tool into the company was smooth and fast. It allows getting connected with multiple clients around the world using SMS, calls, fax, etc. The best part: with no extra costs, no subscriptions, or extra fee charges. What do you dislike about ezTalks?

The quality of the connection was not the best; there was some noise and cut voices, even though the internet connection for both users was stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
