Their platform boasts a clean and visually appealing design, making it easy for both the ends where managing student accounts have become so easier and automated. The team were very supportive and friendly to do the knowledge transfer for us to be completely equipped. **What do you dislike about EZOFIS?** We do not see any downsides on EZOFIS software, portal options or their team members. Have went ahead on their support always. **What problems is EZOFIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our requirement was creating a member login portal to automate our student entries as a martial arts school. They went ahead and made it easier with an Admin and client portal to easily manage. ### 2. EZOFIS software gives a different experience **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Simran S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023 **What do you like best about EZOFIS?** EZOFIS is very supportive and friendly in doing the knowledge transfer for all of us; their platform is very clean and visually design, making it accessible from both ends; it gives us a great experience to work on this. **What do you dislike about EZOFIS?** The interface of the previous version was not very impressive, but now they have proven it by working on that, and as of now, I do not have any other dislike things for it. **What problems is EZOFIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps for document scanning, sometimes we need to scan documents and nothing works at that time, or you can say nothing scanned properly, so in that case, EZOFIS is very useful for everything. ### 3. If any issues has been raised from client side and it has been solved asap moreover they are giving input for integration for ERP Product for smooth process. **What do you dislike about EZOFIS?** Though performance looks fine but required process improvement for Processing time for each document it takes about 15 sec for 1 document along with attachment since it works on cloud it takes time. **What problems is EZOFIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ezofis is solving all issues related to DMS along with the integration issue with ERP product. Issue solved and rectified with in 30 minutes for complex one. More than 100000 pages has been scanned with in 3 months accross 26 location in TII ### 4. From POC to production, it was seamless and quick. Artificial intelligence and Machine learning capabilities are great and useful. Much needed technology **What do you dislike about EZOFIS?** Scaling is needed. Key people are doing most of work. Need to scale faster. Lots of talent, need to leverage global resources. UI & UX are great though. Excellent team. **What problems is EZOFIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** FinOps methodology, we are using Ezofis to minimize our cloud cost and repeated tasks of our engineers. Workflow automation is easy and can be tweaked at any time without any engineers ### 5.
