There are no manual calculations and the upload templates allow for bulk importing of large sets of data. **What do you dislike about EZLease?** With our portfolio of 10,000 plus vehicles and 80 plus office locations, running reports can be time-consuming. It sounds like there is a fix on the short-term horizon for this issue! **What problems is EZLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** See above for the report issues. Since the beginning, they have always provided great customer service and support. They provide you with a demo to actually try the software before buying it to make sure you like it, which is great because you know exactly how it works. The software is very straight forward and makes self-implementation run smoothly. I have had a couple questions along the way, and the support team response time is very quick and helpful. The price is also very reasonable compared to it’s competitors. **What do you dislike about EZLease?** The software does not have a foreign exchange rate option when entering international leases so any conversions would need to be done manually. Adding this feature would greatly improve efficiency and makes things easier on the user. **Recommendations to others considering EZLease:** Try the software before buying to ensure it aligns with your needs and organization. **What problems is EZLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** EZ Lease has helped consolidate all leases into one location, especially with multiple subsidiaries. I like that it's web-based so we can access it from anywhere. We've been able to condense so much of our lease data into one place, even with some information we didn't even think about storing, such as contact email addresses or phone numbers. We've updated User Defined Fields to customize important information such as square footage or cost centers. The support staff has been quick to respond to our questions and we've appreciated the online articles to access additional information. **What do you dislike about EZLease?** We've had some confusion on the best way to update the system for extensions or missed extensions so we capture all of the data. I also would prefer we could save reports directly to a folder on my desktop or drive versus a temporary folder/home folder within EZ lease - It feels like an extra unnecessary step. **What problems is EZLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit is condensing our information into one place. The reports EZ Lease provides has also helped us with our annual audit, such as future rents. It needs an update as it doesn't seem like there's been one for a while. **Recommendations to others considering EZLease:** Updates need to be made to the system and customer service is almost non-existent. **What problems is EZLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I said above, EZLease stays on my laptop and lets me track notice dates and accounting information that otherwise, I'd have just on paper. ### 17.
