**What do you like best about Extracts Pro?**

Extracts Pro makes the time-consuming, tedious task of creating closeout packages easy for our teams. Closeout used to take days or even weeks. With Extracts Pro, they can create a professional closeout package in 10 minutes or less. 

You can start using Extracts Pro at any point in the project. In the past, our teams would create an Excel file to track closeout, download each item to a folder in Procore, and then save everything to a thumb drive for our clients. 

With Extracts Pro, they create an organized, cloud-based log that tracks their progress, and integrates seamlessly with Procore. As submittals get completed in Procore, they are automatically updated in the log.  When the package is complete, they simply click “extract,” and Extract Pro generates a PDF of the entire closeout package, which includes a table of contents with off-line clickable links and a project directory, which makes it easy for our clients to find anything they need in seconds. 

They also have a tool for Instant Extracts, that our teams use throughout the project for weekly meetings, Owner Monthly Reports, etc. 

The implementation of Extracts Pro took less than a half hour, and the user interface is so intuitive that it requires very little training.

Their customer support team is very responsive and helpful, and their development team is very receptive to feedback.

**What do you dislike about Extracts Pro?**

I can't think of any downsides to Extracts-Pro. It has exceeded our expectations, and it keeps getting better.

**What problems is Extracts Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting data out of Procore in a format that our clients want is very time-consuming and manual. Extracts Pro automates this process and provides a significantly better package. 

Extracts Pro saves our teams hours, if not days, preparing closeout doucmentation.

**What do you like best about Extracts Pro?**

Extracts Pro software is fast, accurate, and integrates with Procore seamlessly. Integation with Procore is simple and implementing the software into our closeout process was a piece of cake. I've trained many APMs on use of ExtrasPro and each time they are shocked with how easy the process is. Using this software saves our project teams a minimum of 2 weeks of time compiling a turnover binder for project owners.

**What do you dislike about Extracts Pro?**

There is a little bit of delay in the time it takes for ExtracsPro to recognize new documents added to Procore but not enough delay to casue a problem.

**What problems is Extracts Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to speed up the time it takes to create a closeout out turnover binder by two weeks per project on average. Our staff are better able to utilize thier talents doing more important work then clerical assembly of a binder.
