Extracts Pro makes the time-consuming, tedious task of creating closeout packages easy for our teams. Closeout used to take days or even weeks. With Extracts Pro, they can create a professional closeout package in 10 minutes or less.
You can start using Extracts Pro at any point in the project. In the past, our teams would create an Excel file to track closeout, download each item to a folder in Procore, and then save everything to a thumb drive for our clients.
With Extracts Pro, they create an organized, cloud-based log that tracks their progress, and integrates seamlessly with Procore. As submittals get completed in Procore, they are automatically updated in the log. When the package is complete, they simply click “extract,” and Extract Pro generates a PDF of the entire closeout package, which includes a table of contents with off-line clickable links and a project directory, which makes it easy for our clients to find anything they need in seconds.
They also have a tool for Instant Extracts, that our teams use throughout the project for weekly meetings, Owner Monthly Reports, etc.
The implementation of Extracts Pro took less than a half hour, and the user interface is so intuitive that it requires very little training.
