The user interface isn't intuitive from an end user perspective, as well as the admin perspective. Integration with Identity Mgmt feeds is weak and overly complex. Even the CSV template used to update/import data is difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

The only thing I have to report is that it took a long time for IT to address a problem we had with Legal Hold Pro and Passport back in September. We were informed that there were others ahead of our ticket and that we needed to wait. The waiting period lasted several weeks, and somehow the problem resolved itself, allowing our IT person to manually fix the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
