Today was my first overview of the product. I am transitioning into a new position and look forward to learning more and getting up to speed on using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the best from Exterro Fusion is their UI. It's well defined and easy to use. They constantly add on more tools to help with navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside is very minor since it's hosted on the cloud, sometimes you may have issues that require a ticket to be fixed. However, their support replies in timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Exterro's tools and support staff are A1. The ablilty to streamline the legal hold process for our company will not only speed up our processes but also free up time for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found a downside to Exterro E-Discovery to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you are able to pre-set the initial searches for documents and only upload what you want. In addition, the reporting function is great for identifying documents obtained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the only downside is the cloud limitation where you can't directly connect to a client's system. I think if there was a way to directly connect to your client's system, remotely, it would be a much better tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We currently only use the Legal Hold platform. It helps us get hold notices out in a timely fashion and tracks the legal hold notices until matter is resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Legal Hold platform allows users to implement a complete legal hold workflow that includes sending notices, tracking responses, reminders, interviews, and reporting. The Employee Change Monitor helps notify employee status changes and legal hold status changes, while the In-Place Preservation feature helps preserve data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Interactive and easy-to-understand User Interface. They are continually updating their services to include new connectors to other systems. We always speak highly of Exterro as implementation was a breeze and the product practically runs itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lost features from previous version, logging also is lacking compared to what we had previously (vendor has said they can restore much of that), and one critical issue is still to be resolved (full removal of exported documents' field coding when needed). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
