"I'm still rather new to the platform and trying to get up to speed on its capabilities."

3/5

What do you like best about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

Since much of the platform is integrated with other features/components, that's rather nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

The firm has made a number of acquisitions and is still working through the growth issues of trying to integrate multiple platforms and teams of experts. Exterro needs to be visually and in every way integrated with a single story rather than independent pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exterro Data Risk Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a partner, we're trying to solve problems for our clients by expressing that there are fewer throats to choke when things go wrong. Clients can get more for their dollar with a single vendor solution and allow an advisory/consulting services firm like FTI to assist in utilizing the product to its fullest extent. What do you like best about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

Excellent customer support and attentiveness to their customer's needs. The web UI is also very intuitive and easy to use. My customers love it compared to encase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

The licensing model of Exterior FTK is high. It isn't cost effective to add individual seats to a contract. I know they are working on it, but better API documentation and plugins INTO FTK. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful but needs enhancements"

3/5

What do you like best about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

The options for automated reminders, reporting, and escalations are very helpful. There are a number of features which make this tool very useful for the purposes we use it for. Enhancements would further improve this for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

The formatting abilities for the messaging features is lacking; having the ability to create quality HTML messages to recipients which look professional are critical in this day and age. It is also frustrating to not have the ability to select a delivery time for future messages. Message delivery time can greatly impact the open rate and interaction of the recipient with that message, so having no control over what time the message is sent from Exterro is frustrating. Customizing the messages for our business is important given our internal security and training in spotting Phishing and spam email content. It would also be helpful if Exterro had features to track if messages had been opened, the way that other email delivery tools are able to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exterro Data Risk Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this for delivery of HR policy acknowledgement, to demonstrate that employees have received and acknowledged our policies throughout specific intervals. While it meets the basic needs, it is lacking in some very important areas which increasingly make it less practical for us to continue using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User Friendly tool"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

This tool has a lot of user-friendly features such as;

1. Users can create their assessment/surveys

2. Users can adjust the email notification, reminder, and auto-launch of annual assessments

3. Users can launch the assessment in bulk

4. Users can interact with the vendor for the respective questions in the assessment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exterro Data Risk Management Platform?

This tool needs to improve from the following perspective;

1. This tool should enable the feature of auto-reminder pause for the selective vendors

2. Also, it should have delivered the launch assessment to the vendor with immediate effect instead of once a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
