Adds another layer of warranty protection if the customer wants it. It does not cost us a thing and is another way to gain some additional revenue from those sales. What we liked best about extend is the integration process. Unlike many other product warranty applications and companies, Extend takes the time to work with store owners and develop something unique rather than a cookie cutter solution.
