**What do you like best about ExponentHR?**

Its ease of use, easy to find everything in one view. Access to leave available as well as W2 and check stubs readily available.

**What do you dislike about ExponentHR?**

Nothing yet to dislike. Sometimes it loads a little slow, but after loads it seems good.

**Recommendations to others considering ExponentHR:**

Very user friendly and robust. I would recommend it for all that it has to offer.

**What problems is ExponentHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping track all time requested and used . Able to vie benefits, and all check stubs is great.

**What do you like best about ExponentHR?**

Exponenthr is very user friendly and easy to navigate for management and frontline employees.

**What do you dislike about ExponentHR?**

There isn't much I dislike about Exponenthr. Other than I wish it kept you logged in longer before timing out.

**What problems is ExponentHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to eliminate paper personnel files by utilizing exponent to house all of those documents

**What do you like best about ExponentHR?**

The fact that it is consistently up. In my 10 years of using it, I have never once had to email my manager with my time from a missed punch due to exponent being down.

**What do you dislike about ExponentHR?**

The fact that the clock in and out page is not immediately there when you log in. You have to click a second button which can sometimes get hung up since it is an online time clock out. Minutes add up.

**What problems is ExponentHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating the need for someone to calculate time clock, this allows each employee to ensure their hours are correct consistently.

Nothing as my account sits in the negative. 

**What do you dislike about ExponentHR?**

They are not forthright about the issue that is holding up pay for thousands of employees. 

**Recommendations to others considering ExponentHR:**

It’s not the company’s fault our funds aren’t in the bank. It’s exponents bank that is having the issue. Or so we are told. 

**What problems is ExponentHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to feed my children and have gas to get to work in 3 hours. Working without much sleep d/t stress of not getting paid on time.

I liked the calendar feature and especially liked the report generator.

**What do you dislike about ExponentHR?**

The user interface seemed a little outdated. While it worked for what we used it for, it would have been nice if the site looked more modern.

**What problems is ExponentHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company I used ExponentHR at was small (60-90 employees). We never had any issues with functionality!

It makes it easy for Human resource managerto manage  employees attendance sheet. Very easy to use and explore the software .

**What do you dislike about ExponentHR?**

Has a lot of features which makes it unreliable to small scale human resource managing.

Great quality product

Has made it easy for me to keep all employees records hence keeping Track of employees activities.

**What do you like best about ExponentHR?**

Exponent HR is more than just a time keeping system. You can view personal record, pay rates, etc. You can also enroll in health benefits, request time off. I like that I can do all of that in just 1 system. It’s very easy to navigate. 

**What do you dislike about ExponentHR?**

There’s really no down side to using Exponent HE.

The benefit of having everything with 1 system.

it's so easy to use, I love seeing everything right in front of me, never need to have anyone fix your time for you, calculate everything on your own. It's truly easy.

A little hard to find certain tabs... not too apparent.

Try it! You'll love it... Make timekeeping Easy.

Fast, accurate time keeping and helps with knowing exactly how much vacation you have accrued.

Unlike some other HRIS, Exponent has different reporting tools that HR was able to customize for the managers. That has made our team more efficient in providing the data that was requested by management.

**What do you like best about ExponentHR?**

I use it to calculate my vacation time as a user (since I frequently travel and take advantage of my 4 weeks paid vacation). As an administrator (office manager) I use it to monitor other employees' vacation and sick time. I update each employee's contact information and their emergency contact, etc. My supervisor is the one who keeps track of their pay records. I have a more limited access to the dashboard as she does, which is fine with me. I only have access to the areas I need for my duties as office manager

**What do you dislike about ExponentHR?**

There are a few links and tabs that make it confusing to know where to go. In fact, some of the "tabs" don't even look like tabs. There are categories that are spaced out equidistant but no border or outline to differentiate the different categories so it looks like a bunch of words at the top of box/section. It's like this on numerous pages on the site. It could definitely use some cosmetic changes to make it more user friendly.

**What problems is ExponentHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I, as the office manager, no longer have to physically walk around the building handing out paychecks to everyone every other Friday. I also don't have to keep track of everyone's record of leave, which can be quite an undertaking. I don't have to actively calculate everyone's vacation time. They can see it for themselves in their account when they log in. They can update their own information as well (address, insurance beneficiary information, etc) without having to go through our HR manager, who is my supervisor, and also only in twice a week. Because of that additional issue (she only being in once a week) it streamlines a lot of things.

Fairly user friendly. Tax management is wonderful!

**What do you dislike about ExponentHR?**

The reporting features take some getting used to. There are some pre-built reports, but for the most part you have to configure your own. I find many times I have to run multiple report types and combine them to get all the info you need in a single report.

**What problems is ExponentHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single stop for payroll, benefits, 401K, Taxes etc. Everything is pretty well linked so you don't have to change information in multiple sectors.

Ease of use, excellent customer service and seamless implementation. Reports generate easily and maintaining employee records is a breeze. 

**What do you dislike about ExponentHR?**

Nothing. We are very happy with ExponentHR. There isn't anything that we would change.

Customer service department is second to none. Recently integrated with our ATS and makes hiring process more efficient.
