**What do you like best about Explori?**

The Explori team is a core strength of my relationship with Explori - from general customer support to partnering with us to fundamentally change how we approach customer listening in our business, we've had, and continue to have, a great and transparrent dialogue on how we can change as a business, as well as use these learnings to help Explori too. 

Generally, the ability for YoY comparisons and custom dashboards is a great feature and relatively easy to use when trying to slice across multiple events and portfolios at one time.

The pro-insight and persona-level reports and presentations hold great utility for us to enact change at both the event level and the regional level. Being able to view the sentiment of our customer's is invaluable and the flexibility for Explori to change how they approach these reports to improve their utility has been very much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Explori?**

There is nothing I fundamentally dislike about Explori. What I would like to see more of is: 
- more YoY comparisons outside of just quantative data in reports
- improved ease of use of the data explorer feature to slice at the divisional and regional levels. 
- An improved qualititaitve offering - I'm aware this exists but viewing Explori as a potential vendor for on-site in-depth interviews would be great. If Explori is primarily a SaaS offering, then this makes sense. 
- Further support and thought leadership in helping measure exhibitor ROI at the organisational level. Aware there is an ROI tool for exhibitor use but it is a core pain point across the industry with organisers often needing to hold this burden, making this a core issue that Explori should help us organisers solve.

**What problems is Explori solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Explori is not solving a specific problem overall as it is providing us, at the organisation level, to identify what problems may exist amongst our customers so we can go away and design to solve for them. Explori is a valued asset as a channel/data point in customer listening.

**What do you like best about Explori?**

Reliability: Explori isn't just a survey tool, it's a RESEARCH tool, providing data and trends to help you benchmark your events against yourself, the industry and sector. 
Robust platform: The Explori survey platform is easy to use, yet robust in its ability to ask and capture data that provides actionable insights. The reporting allows you to drill down and examine your data so much deeper than other "leading" survey tools. 
Expertise: The Explori team can help you collect the best data, understand the data you collect and help you make even better decisions to improve your products, events, and services. We've used them for live focus group research, tapped into their extensive data on specific event elements and continue to get first-rate advice from their team members.

**What do you dislike about Explori?**

I haven't found any downsides to using Explori. If it were up to me, I'd sign a "forever" contract.

**What problems is Explori solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with scientists and they love and respect data. Explori allows us to collect data that provides actionable insights. Trending data is critical for us to test the changes we make and see if it's moving the needle on attendee and exhibitor/sponsor sentiment.

**What do you like best about Explori?**

Black Hat Events has been working with Explori since 2014.  From our initial beta test 11 years ago through our current surveys, our partnership has never been stronger. We've come to rely on the Explori team to manage everything from initial consultation, through survey building, deployment, email invitations, data gathering and analysis, to final post mortem reports and recommendations.

The platform itself is robust and flexible enough to give us everything we need for our surveys, while the benchmarking tools provide a wealth of historical data on our own events as well as how we compare with others in our industry.

However, what has kept us together with Explori for 11 years is the customer service.  Quite simply, the Explori team is outstanding.  They are proactive, innovative, responsive and unfailingly professional.  We are lucky to have them a our partners.

I honestly have nothing to add here.....

**What problems is Explori solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With limited staff, we needed a turnkey survey solution that we could rely upon.  For 11 years, Explori has provided this solution for us.

**What do you like best about Explori?**

We use Explori regularly as part of our event strategy.  It has really changed the game for our survey strategy by truly giving meaningful measurements and KPIs that the team actually uses post-survey collection.  Often times reviewing survey results feels daunting and overwhelming, but Explori makes the process quick and easy.  Their team is extremely supportive in all of our needs, they feel like true partners to ensure the use of their tool hand in hand with our events is successful!

I have nothing I dislike about the platform.

What it boils down to is that explori truly helps us prove our event ROI in a simple and easy to reference format.

Using Explori has helped transform how we approach feedback and growth within our organization. The platform is easy for our team to navigate and utilize effectively. When we use their full-service option, their phenomenal support team (Chaz specifically) is easy to work with and genuinely dedicated to helping us succeed. They not only save us significant time in building and deploying the surveys and communications but also meticulously analyze our survey results, providing granular insights that highlight both our strengths and areas for improvement. This level of detailed analysis has prompted us to view our strategies and outcomes through a new lens, vastly different from what we experienced using basic survey tools like SurveyMonkey. **What do you like best about Explori?**

At Reuters Events, we started to work with Explori last year and really did jump in feet first. The main benefit we have seen so far is that we have been able to benchmark the current success of our events with real customer data which was something we just didn't have before. The tool has allowed us to extract data quickly that highlights not only the areas that need to improve, but also the areas in which our customers are seeing high levels of satisfaction already. The team at Explori have also made it incredibly easy to get the platform up and running with their clear processes and strong communication.

The platform can be a little clunky sometimes, however I am constantly giving feedback to the team at Explori so hopefully we'll see some changes to

We didn't have a true picture of what our customers thought of our events, which made it difficult to decide where to spend our time and resources. Explori has been able to give us access to our customers' voice so we can make strategic decisions based off their feedback.

The platform and software was able to give us much richer and deeper insights than we were evaluating on our own and saved a lot of time in the process. Using the benchmarking functionality really helped during the planning stages to improve customer experience and outcomes which were demonstrated by a considerable increase (from - to a high +!!) in Net Promoter Score.

Of course there is additional cost related, but in total honesty the cost is negligible when you see tangible results and increased revenue, so really I have nothing to say here.

Rich customer insights and benchmarking that directly fed into the product development for future show improvement. The research generated was better and quicker and the show grew substantially as a result.

**What do you like best about Explori?**

I think this is probably one of the best event tech products on the market.  A scalable, easy-to-use platform that allows me to measure, review and survey the performance of a single event or the 50 events I organise.  It's easy to create benchmarks against your events, peers or the whole industry.  

Excellent customer support and whilst your own team may transition through over the years, the team at Explori will ensure you can build year-on-year improvements in your events and ensure you take everyone with you via the learnings the platform outputs.

**What do you dislike about Explori?**

Not much. I've used this platform at multiple businesses to drive consistent year-on-year improvement in the events I managed.

**What problems is Explori solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've taken Explori into businesses muliple times to give them a foundation to build on.  The dashboard is excellent and standard tools like the NPS reporting are easy to role out across whole businesses.  Currently I am using Explori to drill down into specific audience personnas to improve the event offering for multiple audience types.

**What do you like best about Explori?**

Explori are the original creators of a standardised insight stack for the B2B events industry. Their ability to benchmark your results with your peer group is standalone in the industry. For complex organisations, the ability to dissect your business into business portfolios and create internal  cross sectional reports is a must. The system is relatively easy to deploy, and integrate into your tech stack as much of the deliverables are on the Explori system as standalone outputs.

**What do you dislike about Explori?**

If you already have event insight dashboards with your set KPIs, the outputs might need to be re-adjusted before use. At times, It is easier to adopt to their model than creating a conversion.

**What problems is Explori solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Explori goes beyond a simple questionnaire and creates deep customer insights for us. Insights we can act upon in our Event Strategy.
It also allows us to benchmark our results with industry peers in an anonymous way, which is great to understand where we stack up among our competitors.

Strong account management to set up the survey and set expectations. Collaboration with Chaz was great - he really understands how to maximise the results of a survey. 

Onsite the team were extremely professional. We ended up getting well over 10% response rate across the show. The feedback has given us a long list of how to improve our show.

The reporting functionality is a bit dated but the presentation the team gives does make up for this.

Understanding the value of our show to our visitors and exhibitors. We now deeply understand what we were missing and what we need to keep doing!

We've been using Explori forever! The insights we gain, the industry benchmarking, the you trends and analysis make it an invaluable tool as we survey the visitors and exhibitors of our events

Hearing the truth about your event. As a software user I don't have any particular concerns or issues with the system apart from when it reveals some truths one would prefer not to see.

Our events are annual and so honest feedback and meaningful analysis are vital to our event growth and currency. Industry benchmarking keeps us honest with ourselves and their in depth reporting allows us to make meaningful change when needed

**What do you like best about Explori?**

I've worked with Explori in a number of roles and their offering continues to improve over time. 

Their unique industry/company benchmarking tools are incredibly powerful for understanding market positioning (and the competitor landscape), and being able to track success show on show/year on year is really powerful. 

The platform itself is super flexible and the reporting is ever-evolving - making it even quicker and easier to both build the surveys and access valuable insights if you're self service. Where we've chosen Pro Insight, the team do all of the heavy lifting and present back in a comprehensive way. It takes a huge amount of pressure off the marketing team.

The team are always on hand to offer timely, flexible and friendly support and their knowledge adds a huge amount of value.

**What do you dislike about Explori?**

To be honest, there aren't any. They are best-in-class.

**What problems is Explori solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to understand the views of our customers and end users (show visitors) - it's invaluable insight to help decision making and help develop the product portfolio.

Tracking trends and measuring progress year-on-year in a simple and cost effective manner was a challenge for us. This led us to switch to Explori. Their platform simplifies the analysis of historical data and offers comprehensive industry benchmarks, enhancing our understanding of our event program's performance.

Moreover, the automated dashboards have been transformative, drastically reducing the time needed to prepare reports for senior executives. This has empowered me to present clear, data-driven insights that effectively showcase the impact of our events

**What do you like best about Explori?**

Explori delivered way more insight that we could have either delivered ourselves, or by using generic survey software.   The benchmarking against other trade fairs  showed us how good our launch of Space-Comm Expo had been, and what we needed to focus on to continue to improve.   

It provided valuable marketing assets for our ongoign campaigns.      

I also really liked how  the results were presented to us in a meeting which gave further understanding.  Professional team, and great product.

I love how Explori takes the hassle out of event reporting. The automated dashboards and year-on-year comparisons save so much time, and the AI text analysis helps us quickly spot key trends in feedback. The benchmarking tools are also really useful for understanding how we stack up against the industry. It’s made our post-event analysis much more efficient and insightful.

It takes a little time to explore all the features, but once you’re familiar, it’s incredibly valuable.

Explori helps us streamline post-event analysis by automating reporting, benchmarking, and feedback analysis. It saves time by eliminating manual data processing and provides clear insights that help us measure event success and make data-driven improvements. Had an excellent experience working with Chaz and Louisa, they are very knowledgeable and helpful.  Comparisons year over year are an excellent feature to understand the event on a granualr level.

Instead of a 5 point scale would be better if all results were a percentage.
