ExpertSender is a good application but a few points When we have to make a trial of email we are facing issues due to channel blockage. Hard for me to say, but it's got to be the time it extracts to count followers. Some unsuitable things regarding manual email establishment. But we still have issues with relations with our database. ExpertSender is an elegant application to the event on a huge scale. Its contribution request money and that strength are not suited for people who desire to try the free category first. At that place is a large storage file that doesn’t allow the files to stock in parts. This typical force is difficult sometimes to get up any particular on time. Maybe this object could be set on in approaching versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ExpertSender is a delicate application to experience on large scale. Its subscription demands money and that might be not suited for people who want to try the free version first. At that place are big storage folders that don’t permit the files to store in parts. This characteristic might be difficult sometimes to get up any detail on time. Maybe this thing could be resolved in upcoming editions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ExpertSender is a fantastic application to handle emails and messages. A good communicator not only for the system as well as for mobile and every movement is at a single click. It is an excellent collaborator that collects the messages and keeps on working with emails at the same time. At that place is no other software that provides this kind of service. It shows the data in segments and make it comfortable to take the immediate point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy going and friendly software that gives its expert opinion to operate, but there must be less users to enjoy its free version. Some parts are hooked on a good quality Wi-Fi as there is no other means to endorse this application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a complex system to use, but it is easy to use it when you learn it. Expertsender has a really high standard of customer service. In our company we have a lot of different products which require a lot of attentions, where Expertsender is really good partner to have. We use Expertsender to have a dynamic e-mail flow where it is important for us that the e-mail flow knows how to switch e-mail users to another e-mail flow if the user changes position in our end. This is something Expertsender is good as. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a minor problem for me, but if I had to mention something about Expertsender that could improve my experience with them. Would be a analyst to analyza your unit and what could be improved. E-mail marketing is getting harder and harder and sometimes it is nice to have a person who know the system in site out and can help improve deliverability. With this said Expertsender is more than happy to do it if you ask them, but it could be nice with a report system or personal service that could help you improve! ExpertSender is a perfect tool for smaller companies and start-ups that are planning to grow and expand their email marketing activity by adding new solutions when needed. We appreciate it that we can always count on their business expertise and advice when it comes to mapping-out our mailing activity to meet our goals and make the best of advanced automation solutions. We've just started working with them and haven't noticed anything that'd be overly problematic. However, they could improve the editor the way it'd support Hebrew language and RTL writing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mainly the personalized Support and their ability of helping us to understand the tool in a simple way. I have an Account Manager that I can contact anytime I need and that makes me feel very comfortable because I know if I run into any problem, I will have a direct contact that I can count on. My Account manager is very responsive and I really appreciate the time she dedicates to me: if I have any questions on how to use a functionality, she will answer back with a full detailed explanation, with all the step by step I need to take in order to solve any issue I have. What I also like is that can even provide support in different languages, Spanish for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’d like to see the Reports section more intuitive. However, when there is something not clear, support team will always help you with any questions we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mainly the support. Support is crucial with IT solutions and Expertsender support is excellent. We recently switched to the new API version and communication and support was second to none.

Also I would say the API functions well for what we use it for and is fairly straight forward to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very little to say here. One thing that bugs me a little is that I can't edit newsletters or transactional emails so I have to create a duplicate to make even the slightest edit which can be a pain. Other than that perhaps reporting could be a bit more detailed (although I think that has been improved upon) and when I'm looking at old segments created from old subscriber lists, even with notes it's not always easy to tell how they're comprised and compare them. ExpertSender allows you to combine data in a very convenient and arbitrary way. The multiplicity of data sources is not a problem here, which is extremely important in our case. They have really good customer service. We can count on professional help and support anytime. As a result, we are able to implement all intended communication activities with our clients. I highly appreciate the possibility of constantly improving the performance of our activities. We are able to react very fast to changes that are happening on the market, and adapt our company and the system to new tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The presentation of some analytical data is not ideal. A few less important widgets are missing, but this does not interfere with the smooth use of the system. Some ExpertSender modules work independently on each other. However, this is not a big problem in our case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also appreciate the support of our Account Manager and the tech team, who are always doing their best to attend to our needs and help us to resolve any issue. There might be some minor twitches every once in a while, but nothing major really and we can always expect a satisfying solution. We’d maybe like to see more visually attractive and intuitive interface when it comes to Marketing Automation scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
