"Connectivity Powerhouse with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Expereo?

I appreciate the way the Expereo leadership team handles escalations, which makes me feel heard when issues arise. Using SDWAN for egress traffic out of Indonesia has been valuable, and I find the presales and post-sales support very beneficial. I also had a positive experience during the initial setup in Bali, as it was smooth and well-managed with the involvement of the project manager, Cindy, and Eric. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Expereo’s service and support, which is why I rate them highly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expereo?

I have trouble with the on-demand upgrade process in Expereo. It can be really slow, like it once took 3 months to complete a 100mb upgrade. I wish they could make the process easier, maybe by allowing the upgrade to happen first and billing me afterward, instead of having to wait for a purchase order. "Responsive, Proactive Account Management That Builds Confidence"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Expereo?

Responsive Account Management. The account management team has been one of the most valuable parts of working with Expereo. They’re consistently responsive and proactive, and they’re willing to escalate issues quickly when it’s necessary. During critical incidents, it makes a real difference to have a team that stays engaged through to resolution, which builds confidence and helps minimize business impact. What do you dislike about Expereo?

Sometimes the service team can be slow, and resolving issues can be a lengthy process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Expereo Solved Southeast Asia Centralised Connectivity and Billing Challenges"
5/5
What do you like best about Expereo?

As a buyer in Southeast Asia, Expereo solves real challenges for organisations operating in Southeast Asia, and perhaps across a larger part of Asia. The shift to internet circuits (from MPLS) is real, but it comes with the pain of lacking status and quality monitoring visibility and Expereo is able to overcome that with the Expereo One hub.

Withholding tax is also a headache for organisations looking at centralised billing, and that problem is solved by Expereo as well, while maintaining competitive circuit pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expereo?

Nothing in particular. I hope they had expanded in APAC earlier, which could have saved me a lot of trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Approachable Support and an Intuitive, Always-On Expereo One Portal"
5/5
What do you like best about Expereo?

The people are approachable and want to help. They listen and want to collaborate with you. They are honest and will apologise when something has not gone right. The fact that we have federation in MS Teams means it's easier to reach an individual. The Expereo One Portal is very intuitive, easy to use and gives really good data to see problems and fixes. The Expereo One portal is always up so the performance has never been a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expereo?

I don't believe in the use of words such as dislike. Those that I work with in Expereo do their best so there is nothing to dislike. I can only encourage Expereo to keep building relationships in APAC and NA regions so they can become a true global partner for corporations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amory Somers Vine of Expereo

Thank you for your open and honest feedback Alex. As you say, it's all about a good working relationship, supported by visibility of your data in expereoOne. We appreciate the partnership.

"Multi-Country Coverage with a Centralized Dashboard—Nearly All-in-One"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Expereo?

A single service provider that covers multiple countries, with a dashboard to monitor everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expereo?

Since Expereo is an aggregator, multiple parties are often involved. As a result, during an incident the investigation can sometimes take a while to conclude, because it requires coordination across those different parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Tech Investment That Elevates the Customer Experience"
4/5
What do you like best about Expereo?

Investment in technology to improve customer experience. Expereo's value to our organization comes from its centralized management of local ISPs, offering competitive pricing and consistently good service quality from its underlay providers.

The company's investment in customer engagement and governance is definitely a plus and often contributes to strengthening our business relationship with Expereo.

However, Expereo has not demonstrated consistent stability in maintaining Account Management coverage for the Americas region, which remains a point of concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expereo?

Lack of stability in the Account team makes it difficult to build a relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amory Somers Vine of Expereo

Thank you for the balanced and thoughtful review. It is good to hear that our investment in technology, our centralised management of local ISPs, and the governance and engagement around the relationship are adding real value for you. Your point about account management stability in the Americas is one we take seriously. Continuity matters, and it is difficult to build a strong relationship when the people change, so this is fair feedback and something we are actively working to strengthen. We would welcome the chance to talk through how we keep your account coverage consistent going forward, so please do raise it with your account team or ask them to loop in their regional lead. Thank you for partnering with Expereo.

"Custom Support, Efficient and Reliable"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Expereo?

I love the personal contact with Expereo. We have a dedicated entry that provides customized solutions in the area of periodic status transfer. During our bi-weekly meetings, we can quickly go through the statuses of ongoing orders, which saves us time and gives us a better status overview. The initial installation of Expereo was also very easy thanks to the clear instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expereo?

We find that there could be a bit more pressure applied on third parties when there is a stagnation of the order. It sometimes seems somewhat non-committal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Proactive, Transparent Team That Keeps Issues a Priority"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Expereo?

They are a very proactive team. Even when not every case is resolved directly, they communicate transparently and often arrange follow-up meetings or send emails to make sure the issue stays a priority until it’s addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expereo?

There have been moments when maintenance windows were not communicated by the carrier to Expereo. So this isn’t directly a dislike about Expereo, but I do think they could be more critical toward their suppliers by ensuring maintenance windows are communicated in time and by challenging some of the RCAs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amory Somers Vine of Expereo

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Mark. We’re pleased to hear that our team’s proactive approach, transparency, and commitment to follow-through are making a positive impact. Ensuring issues remain a priority until they are fully addressed is something we take seriously, so it’s great to know this is reflected in your experience.

We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding maintenance window communication and RCA reviews. Strong supplier management and accountability are extremely important, and your input helps us continue improving how we work with our carrier partners to deliver the best possible service experience.
