What stands out is the operational ownership and accountability they stay engaged through delivery and into day-to-day service assurance, and they’re consistently responsive when priorities shift or issues arise. From a technical design and IT operations perspective, the governance, visibility, and structured incident handling give real confidence that services are being actively managed. The main opportunity is to further standardise and simplify some reporting and service documentation across regions, but Expereo is receptive to feedback and continues to improve. Expereo stands out for its friendly and approachable team, combined with very open and transparent communication. The people I work with are easy to engage with and bring a strong personal touch to every interaction, which makes the collaboration feel genuinely human rather than transactional. We are continuously working on optimizing our supplier relationships and often require a certain level of customization. Expereo handles this very well. They are flexible, think along with us, and are always willing to adapt to our needs. This makes them a valuable and reliable partner. Instead of dealing with multiple local ISPs, different contracts, and varying service levels, Expereo acts as a single point of contact. This significantly reduces the time and effort needed to procure, manage, and optimize our network connections. They also address the challenge of finding the right connectivity solutions in different regions.
