What I appreciate most about the Expense on Demand employee expense management app is its advanced scanning feature and automation. The app is very user-friendly and can be quickly adopted by anyone. What I dislike about the application is how slow it is to upload receipts, which can be frustrating. Additionally, there is still some manual work required when importing certain credit cards, especially corporate credit cards. The whole process tends to take longer than I would prefer. As an employee, I have to prepare an expense report every month, and using this software has made the process much easier. What I liked best is that it can be tailored to your specific needs and is very easy to use both on PC and the app Also the support provided was exceptional with good contact and regular meetings held to ensure I had an understanding of system and that the system worked for what I needed. The app is really easy to use and the staff have been great assisting throughout the whole set up process and as an when we have had any questions / queries since. It is very reasonably priced and you can tailor build your own package based on your company needs thus only paying for what you need and use - this is great for us as a smaller business. As a finance manager user, there are 3 seperate steps of approval before the data export can take place, this could be more streamlined but overall is not a major issue and still very easy to navigate. Great value for money and awesome functionality" 5/5 What do you like best about ExpenseOnDemand? Very simple to set up, users can get going with minimal training. The dashboard is an absolute godsend for the finance team. We were up and running within the morning. Expense on DEmand will remove that, it will mean that they can submit expenses during their trips and be paid before they arrive home! Its hard to say what is particularly bad about expenses on demand, I'd say its quite difficult to understand whats going on in the beginning stages but the staff helped out and made it a breeze.
