I especially appreciate the smart categorization feature- it automatically tags expenses correctly most of the time which saves a ton of manual work. the integration with corporate cards and travel systems is seamless and approval workflows are straightforward which helps speed up reimbursements. **What do you dislike about Expensemate?** The mobile app while generally useful can be a bit slow to sync especially when uploading receipts with poor connectivity. **What problems is Expensemate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expensemate eliminates the need to manually enter every detail by automating receipt scanning and categorization. The automatic currency conversion is great, not many platforms have this feature. Creating the expense reports are few clicks through the platform and is very intuitive. The application is very smart on its own that it can be integrated to the payroll management and the thus the reimbursement process gets easier and way faster to the bank accounts directly. **What do you dislike about Expensemate?** So far, there are no major problems as such to highlight. Expensemate got a bright outlook in my opinion. **What problems is Expensemate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily, I get my expense reports filed easy and get my reimbursements quick enough. It allows to directly integrate with the credit card statements and automatically reads the receipts so, it is hassle free. I can easily drag and drop the digital receipts in various different document formats which reduces the document conversion process for me. ### 3. It is very intuitive and quick to submit the expenses in the tool for reimbursement. It allows users to create group expense reports managing multiple user data making it more collaborative with team members. **What do you dislike about Expensemate?** Sometimes the automatic scan doesn't work properly. At times reviewing the expense report data is a bit complex and difficult to understand. There is no big downside as such. **What problems is Expensemate solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mostly use Expensemate for my reimbursements which are hassle free now. It saves me significant amount of time and effort with its auto-scanning feature which eliminates manual data entry. It is very user-friendly even allowing to integrate in the payroll management department. ### 4.
