Expense Reimbursement Report Reviews & Product Details

Expense Reimbursement Report is an offline tool for engineers and field staff on overseas projects and for the project accountants who check their claims. Enter each expense with its date, category, description, receipt number, currency and amount; enter the exchange rates yourself, written out as 1 USD = 18.25 MXN with a switch for the other direction and a check line, and the tool converts every line to the reimbursement currency exactly to the cent, totals it by category and deducts any cash advance to show the net amount payable or the amount owed back. Expenses outside the reporting period and missing rates are highlighted, categories can be renamed, hidden or extended, and reports can be filtered by month, archived and duplicated. Export a formal PDF report with the exchange rates used and signature lines for claimant, approver and finance, in English, Spanish or bilingual form, and a ledger CSV for finance. English and Spanish interface, light and dark mode. Nothing to install and no live rate or bank connection: it runs in your browser on Windows or Mac, and data stays on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license (2 activations), no subscription.
