Very easy to get the initial assets set up and then have a lot of functionality that lets you expand the solution over time. Device connectivity and management are separate from the customer-facing dashboard area. The pricing model is pretty straightforward and allows you to start at a low entry point and then grow as your number of devices, and overall business grows. The support team is fantastic and works with you to solve any issue during deployment. **What do you dislike about Exosite ExoSense IoT?** I wish the developer community was a little more active, but regardless the documentation site is excellent. So, whenever I have an issue, I need to search through the documentation instead of just being able to jump over to the community site to get feedback or answers. I wish there were a few more advanced panels to include in my dashboard, but I know they are coming in the roadmap. **What problems is Exosite ExoSense IoT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exosite's IoT platform allows me to rapidly test ideas with customers and gain feedback on value added funtionality. We can add panels, calculations, and analytics to our customer-facing dashboards and get almost instant customer feedback on their value. This added functionality is already enabled within the platform and means that we don't have to have any custom code or software to be developed to test it. ### 2. I can work a new custom dashboard to my customer in a simple, fast and easy way. There also a lot of features developed and exosense do keep update the library and match the latest trend on data expression. Also, the way for data management and provide me a fast and efficiency way for big data analysis. It is a wonderful experience and I am happy to have exosense as a powerful tools to support my business. **What do you dislike about Exosite ExoSense IoT?** I donot have any dislike of exosense so far. While providing more features and latest trend GUI may satisfying me further. **What problems is Exosite ExoSense IoT solving and how is that benefiting you?** A simple and clean cloud dashboard and instant report the latest machine status via IoT devices. In addition with the machine behaviour modelling by different perspective data collection, my customer can easily know the different potential problems of their machine and timely arrange their maintenance team to maintenance the machine in advance. ### 3. At the same time, integration with new HW devices is not complicated, being that it has much of the hard work already done and made even easier with Exosite´s experts´ support. At our company we were able to build a fully working PoC in less than 2 months, together with HW integration to another IoT middleware. **What do you dislike about Exosite ExoSense IoT?** Even things that were initially not working so well were fixed shortly after. A good thing is that the platform keeps improving and adding new functionalities. **What problems is Exosite ExoSense IoT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basically, the digitalization of assets that traditionally were monitored via complex systems (and in many cases required being on the same premises to use) and locked to a HW vendor. We are able to connect with a variety of HW types and provide, in a very user-friendly way, the information that the customer needs to see. The flexibility in views and user permissions is a high plus. ### 4. In the beginning, we were able to establish connection between our IoT device and ExoSense fast. With all the functions available on ExoSense, we could set up a demonstration very easily and got our first design-in in a short period of time. **What do you dislike about Exosite ExoSense IoT?** Some of the functions were not available for our use cases. Exosite were very helpful in communicating with us. After they understood what we needed, they could evaluate the development effort and came back to us on their proposal very fast. **What problems is Exosite ExoSense IoT solving and how is that benefiting you?** We provide condition monitoring systems for industrial rotating equipment. ExoSense is our SaaS platform that we provide to our customers.
