My company has used Exceptional for quite some time in various departments. Exceptional always did a good job sending us prime candidates for the open roles we had.

**What do you like best about Exceptional Staffing?**

Our contacts at Exceptional have a close relationship with my company and will even come by the office to introduce them and check in with our current temps. They did a thorough job in coming to understand the roles we were hiring for and sent us plenty of well-qualified candidates.

**What do you dislike about Exceptional Staffing?**

It took a couple training classes before they fully understood what knowledge and skills we were looking for, but to be fair my compnay’s roles are demanding of skills.
