It brings up leads that are very much relevant, they are just exactly the kind of customers that we want to deal with. **What do you dislike about ExactBuyer?** It remains rather weak at selectively marketing to very specific subsectors of an industry. My company is focused on a particular subsegment of an industry, and occasionally, ExactBuyer’s AI leaks out of this narrow focus area. **What problems is ExactBuyer solving and how is that benefiting you?** ExactBuyer has enhanced the generation of my leads because they were easier to find. Our SDRs are loving it. Rocket Reach and apollo had gaps in data especially around verified emails and phone numbers. We ran a test against ExactBuyer and it outperformed them both in terms of data accuracy. Secondly the pricing was actually cheaper it was a no brainer. Our demand gen team also uses data from exact buyer and we send 60K emails per week and keep bounce rate less than 1% and would not be able to maintain those standards without accurate data and verified emails. The fact that they verify emails is super helpful so we don't have to run it through a separate verification service. Its also nice to see they are constanly updating their product and their UI is among the best of platforms I have used. **What do you dislike about ExactBuyer?** It would be nice to have more coverage in middle east but this was not a huge impact to our outbound efforts. **What problems is ExactBuyer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exact Buyer helps us build a tam, or prospect on the fly when we are trying to find a decision makers contact info in realtime. Our next use case is for our demand gen email team who needs bulk data for our TAM with verified emails and EXactBuyer does not fail to impress here. ### 5. The way they display the AI-generated list is also great, much better than Apollo in that aspect. **What do you dislike about ExactBuyer?** It is not rare that you click a link to see the employee's details and it won't open up or display any information. While it gives a great account overview, I found that sometimes it could do a better job on showing the person's profile in a not-so-buggy way. **What problems is ExactBuyer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It just gives me a more curated list of potential buyers for my product. From where I sit my main role is to onboard as many customers and ExactBuyer has been such a friend in doing soo. With it Iam able to gain accurate insights on our userbase in a streamlined manner. It is also easier to identify and reach out to prospect customers and weigh whether or not they are our target customer. This has made prospecting, creating leads and closing deal soo simplified. If this is not what we refer as value for money then I don't know what else is since the price of acquisition was quite reasonable and it's interface is user-friendly hence anyone in the office can use it with soo much ease. **What do you dislike about ExactBuyer?** My experience with it is so far positive. I haven't encountered any problem in using it except for the first few days of implementation, though the support team was of soo much help. They responded to my enquiries on time and explained step by step with soo much clarity and precision **What problems is ExactBuyer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it to gain a view on the customer from which important data on the trajectory of our products and services can be easily defined. It has helped us predict on issues to do with sales as well to know which product is the market receptive to. We are also ablle to determine whether our prospect customers are the target market and if yes we continue to pursue them. This has doubled our sales and reduced on channelling costs since we mostly focus on the targeted community ### 7. One of my favorite features is the keyword filters and the technographical data. I target very specific types of prospects, and this is a fantastic way to identify those companies and prospects. I've used a number of other platforms, I continue to use ExactBuyer because of how niche I can get with the data (by combining keyword searches along with a number of other filters), which speeds up the workflows and makes reaching out to prospects much more relevant. Being in the industry for over decade, I experimented with many lead generation tools and prospecting tools - with most I felt that I had to be an expert on what data to extract, how to extract it and how to best use it - shotgun approach. Exact buyers guided me though the process, challenged my assumptions (and proved 2 of them wrong using my own data). I felt that I was in good expert hands from our first call and they maintained that level of satisfaction throughout the entire process. **What do you dislike about ExactBuyer?** I am pretty impatient, so I would have liked to see a quicker turnaround. That said, I get that they offered me a custom solution, based on my our specific needs... so it makes sense that it took a couple days longer. **Recommendations to others considering ExactBuyer:** If you are looking for 100% self-serve, commoditized lead data at the cheapest cost possible, then ExactBuyer is probably not for you. If you are looking for a most hands-on consultative, custom solution for your business, then it is. Their processes are streamlined but the "hands-on" has more with them helping figure out the right solution for your business needs. They also gave me excellent creative ideas that I'm pretty excited to test. **What problems is ExactBuyer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Find more qualified buyers for my business. They helped me define my ideal client attributes (leveraging my current list) and find new prospects that are most likely to become customers... Im two weeks in and already acquired three new paying clients. Given that I usually average 1.5 client per month, I'd say that it's a pretty great start!
