We use it for courses, SCORM materials, tests, training tracks, and tracking employee progress. It’s especially convenient when you have a lot of employees and need a quick, clear view of who has completed a course, who hasn’t, and what their results are. **What do you dislike about Evolve?** I’d like to see faster loading times for some SCORM courses and related materials. It would also be helpful to have more flexible reporting and analytics options, especially when managing training for a large number of employees. **What problems is Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evolve helps us keep the entire training process organized and saves a lot of time on routine tracking. As a Head of Support without a dedicated L&D team or instructional designer, this has made onboarding much easier and helps us quickly retrain the entire team when we launch a new product or start working with a new client system. **What do you dislike about Evolve?** I’d like to see more convenient tools for administrators to provide feedback on completed courses and assessments. Notifications when someone completes an assignment or course would also be helpful. Additionally, learners should be able to skip an assignment and return to it later. **What problems is Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evolve helps us turn scattered knowledge from people’s heads, chats, and documentation into structured training. Every new engineer now follows a clear onboarding plan, while I can easily track progress and identify who needs support. As a result, onboarding and training are about twice as fast, and we can recognize much earlier when someone is struggling or may not be the right fit for the role. ### 3. With Evolve, I can upload a few key documents and have a course—complete with voice-over—ready in a matter of hours. It lets me produce high-quality content in a fraction of the time it took just three years ago. Overall, it helps my one-person department stay relevant and efficient while keeping the costs that often come with course development under control. **What do you dislike about Evolve?** Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike. Whenever I’ve brought up an improvement or complaint, they’ve addressed it. The use of AI is second to none in regard to learner assessment and highlighting areas to improve. James is very good for support and onboarding is easy. TheUI/UX could be better, and performance is behind some of the other authroing tools that are similar. **What do you dislike about Evolve?** We would like to see simulations be standalone and used in our LMS. Before, we spent weeks preparing training materials, but now everything happens in a few days. What I like most - you just upload your documents and materials, and Evolve does everything itself: organizes information, creates lessons, and even makes quiz questions to check knowledge. The platform is very simple to use, even if you've never created courses before. And when I have problems, the support team always helps quickly and knows what to do. I recommend trying Evolve if you need to make training for workers - it saves a lot of time and does a great job! **What do you dislike about Evolve?** The only thing that could be better - some parts of the courses look a little bit artificial. You can see that AI generates these materials, especially in explanations and quiz questions. For my needs, it's totally okay, but maybe Evolve can make texts more human-like, more natural. Sometimes questions in tests also repeat similar patterns. But this is not a big problem - students still understand everything well and learn what they need.
