Great for Organizing Training and Tracking Employee Progress—No Clear Downsides Yet
What I like most about Evolve is how much easier it makes it to organize all our training in one place. We use it for courses, SCORM materials, tests, training tracks, and tracking employee progress. It’s especially convenient when you have a lot of employees and need a quick, clear view of who has completed a course, who hasn’t, and what their results are.

What I like best about Evolve is how quickly it turns our existing documentation, release notes, and instructions into structured training courses with assessment questions. As a Head of Support without a dedicated L&D team or instructional designer, this has made onboarding much easier and helps us quickly retrain the entire team when we launch a new product or start working with a new client system.

The simulator function is an absolute game changer. The use of AI is second to none in regard to learner assessment and highlighting areas to improve. James is very good for support and onboarding is easy. TheUI/UX could be better, and performance is behind some of the other authroing tools that are similar.
