Evidix Reviews & Product Details

Most property management softwares helps you run a tenancy and treats the record as an afterthought. Evidix is built the other way round. The record comes first, so the compliance evidence exists the moment the work is done. • Compliance tracking: Gas safety, EICR, EPC, smoke and CO alarms, HMO and selective licences, legionella and more. Reminders go out before anything expires, and certificates never provided are chased. • Tenant messages: WhatsApp, SMS and email threaded onto the tenancy, timestamped and attributed. • Repairs: Tenant and tradesperson portals, job dispatch to your own trades, and photos at every step. • Awaab's Law timescales: Hazard clocks for social landlords that count working days the way the regulations do. • Audit trail and evidence packs: One append-only record across the tenancy; a dated PDF or ZIP evidence pack with the certificates attached as exhibits. • Finance: A client-money ledger with three-way reconciliation, landlord statements, Xero push, and SA105 figures prepared for your accountant. Made by PropFlow AI Ltd. 14-day free trial on every plan. Who it's for: letting agents, managing agents, supported-housing providers, registered providers (housing associations).
