It has made it really helpful to keep all of my work in the same place. I can create an event, create applications, have vendors pay, select on a map where they will set up their booths, communicate, and create notes on them. (Plus more). I have had trouble using it on my phone. I don't necessarily have a lot of complaints yet. The main complaint is that the map feature has not been the most user friendly. I find it frustrating that attendees have to create an account and enter a lot of information just to purchase a ticket. It would be great if there was a "guest" ticket option where one-time attendees or people buying tickets online upon entry wouldn't need to fill out so much info or create an account. I would also love to see an email campaign and SMS feature to replace our current system, making Eventeny truly a one stop shop for nonprofits and event organizers. Vendor applications are super easy to create and manage. We used to rely on paper forms and a lot of back-and-forth communication, but Eventeny has made the entire process much more organized. I like being able to customize applications, collect everything in one place, review vendors, and keep track of event details without juggling spreadsheets and emails. It is a one stop shop for an event like ours we run two conventions and some smaller fundraiser events in between. Eventeny is just as good for our large events as it is for our smaller event. It is very easy to use and integrate everything you need from vendors and artist management to tickets and applications for things like masquerade and dance competitions. As Eventeny is newer there are things that need more touch ups such as the scheduler is a rough time for our larger event but its good enough for our smaller events! Pricing works well for annual events, where you can turn the subscription on and off as needed. Features were easy to use for the most part, though there were lots of aspects that didn't apply to our event so we didn't use them. Scanable tickets worked well. Conditional forms are on the roadmap but not available when we used the product, which made vendor applications much more complicated to manage. The mapping feature is not very good--setup is buggy and no way for attendees to search for a vendor in the map to help you locate them.
