I have used it a couple of times for organizing my expo event in a different state and it was smoothly done be it registration process or payments. It is India's one of the leading platforms for SaaS solutions. Plus the customer support was top notch. **What do you dislike about EventAvenue?** This platform certainly has a great concept. I have not faced any issues with it whenever I have used it. However, I think it can expand its reach to other industrial segments as well which I'm sure it will in near future. **What problems is EventAvenue solving and how is that benefiting you?** EventAvenue helped me in managing my events and conferences pan India smoothly and efficiently. It provided me tailored solutions to my requirements. The process and support everything was exemplary. ### 2. The registration process was quick and smooth. **What do you dislike about EventAvenue?** It's payment gateway works fine but takes up to 24 hours, it can be worked upon. The company can be more diverse and can add more industries like supply chain management and pharmaceutical industries. **What problems is EventAvenue solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is providing thousand of merchants to accept online payments through a spectrum of new age payment system. Other than this a unified inter operable bill payment system built on Bharat BillPay infrastructure developed by NPCI. ### 5. EventAvenue makes it easier for me to help facilitate registration. **What do you dislike about EventAvenue?** Not a lot to dislike on the platform but the process of payment can take more than 24 hours, it would be ideal if it can take less than 24 hours. **What problems is EventAvenue solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to customize the registration and sign-up platform to my own tailored event and need, helps me manage that issue. ### 6.
