Work Authorization forms. Filled with data from assignment or estimate written. Ready to print or electronically sign. Modern, professional, fast service for your customers. First impression matters. 2. "Set Up" photos templates guiding employees what photos to take for selected insurance company. Even rookie can handle it now. 3. Estimate line by line guidance on the screen, eliminating the need to hold printed copies and minimizing photos missing if interrupted. Supplements with email notifications can be generated. 4. Supplement request with audio notes can be created by any user. Notification email sent to estimator, minimizing interruptions, miss damage and making sure every operation is addressed in timely manner, providing documented inner shop communication feature. Most valuable feature, increasing your cycle time and total estimate amount at the same time. Killing unproductive talks and walks. 5. Pictures on a shared drive are organized in folders Year\_Make\_Model\_VIN of the vehicle - no hustle finding and selecting. 6.
