It combines all of a school's requirements, including attendance, school announcements, exam schedules, homework, parent-teacher meetings, and many more, making it easier for school's and parents to oversee their children's academic progress. We can also customize the application to suit the requirements of our institution. We can also download this application on our mobile and login with the eSSMS specified URL or school provided URL. **What do you dislike about eSSMS?** There isn't much to hate, but the more customizations you add, the more expensive the pricing becomes. Additionally, the user interface is outdated and resembles a Spanish learning software I've seen with a similar design. In further updates, I hope they'll modify the user interface. **What problems is eSSMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** eSSMS is helping us to track the progress of a student individually and to inform the parents about the students performance and all. Before eSSMS we used to held a lot of parent-teacher meeting to discuss about a student's progress, now the meetings were reduced as parents can track their children academic progress in the eSSMS app. ### 2. More so if the school is already up and running. Also the cost can be cumbersome for some. **What problems is eSSMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** eSSMS successfully manages all school-related problems - from attendance to transport management. It's centralisation of all resources and the ease of connecting multiple stakeholders like parents, teachers and staff makes it unique. **What do you dislike about eSSMS?** The application has some buttons that don't work sometimes. Also it's price is a bit high for small institutions. The application environment seems a bit complex in the beginning but that can be managed. **What problems is eSSMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that the eSSMS is solving is the centralisation of management. The best thing about this tool are the following : - It is available with multiple operating systems like Windows, Linux, mac as well as android. - This a cloud-based ERP software that makes the operations and deployments easier -A lot of applications are provided in the ERP suite for all the operations -the staff support of Sonet Microsystems and quick response whenever required makes it the best software provider company. **What do you dislike about eSSMS?** The only downside which I found with this suite was the pricing. There are a lot of other competitors which are proving even more discounts on their respective ERP suite **Recommendations to others considering eSSMS:** The School organizations which are looking to centralize their operations should go for this. It helps in automation for things like staff salary, leave management ,Library management, attendance tracking, online fee payment along with a lot of operations.
