What do you like best about Essentials?

Love just how quickly it works and how simple it is to use with the insurance carriers it supports. It is MUCH easier than dealing with insurance companies directly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essentials?

It only supports certain carriers and not others, which you don't find out until you need to verify a patient's insurance. I hope they're working to expand to support more carriers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like this system at all. It is very hard to navigate through Availity. I often wonder if large insurance companies speak to the users of this system? As it is NOT user-friendly! The benefit verification system is so vague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software provides valuable information and makes insurance validation and billing easy. It's simple to send for authorization and referrals on mostly one platform. Almost all of the large companies are available and the information is presented in a way that's clear and easy to understand. This is one of the best platforms I've used. What I like best about Availity is that it's really self explanatory and not much information is needed to verify eligibility for a patient. I have used provider's very own websites but this one is honestly just so much easier in every aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
