"Powerful UI Components That Save Development Time"
4/5
What do you like best about Essential Studio?

I like Essential Studio because it provides a comprehensive set of high-quality, professional UI components that save a lot of development time. The components are well documented, highly customizable, and integrate smoothly with modern .NET technologies. I especially appreciate being able to build feature-rich applications without having to create complex UI components from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essential Studio?

Overall, my experience with Essential Studio has been very positive. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that the large number of components and configuration options can sometimes make it challenging to quickly find the right documentation or example for a specific use case. "Reliable and Trustworthy Libraries, Free License, and Fast Bug Fixes"
5/5
What do you like best about Essential Studio?

All software libraries that I used are working exactly like I need, also I got a free license. They responded to all my bug reports and fixed all of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essential Studio?

The libraries I’ve used so far feel a bit heavy. If possible, I’d like to see them split into smaller, more focused libraries that can each function on their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essential Studio?

None. I like using and customizing Syncfusion tools throughout my application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visual Data Representation Made Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Essential Studio?

I like Essential Studio because of the extensive features it offers, more than I could ever use in a single app. The documentation access is something I really appreciate, making it easier to utilize the tools. It's incredibly easy to integrate into a Maui app with C# (Spot the State), which I find very convenient. The map provided by Essential Studio is great for visually representing data, like tracking states through license plate sightings, which is exactly what I was looking for. The initial setup was very easy, which made starting with Essential Studio a smooth experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essential Studio?

So far I haven't found anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Template-to-PDF Conversion with Consistent Formatting"
5/5
What do you like best about Essential Studio?

What I like most about Essential Studio is the doc conversion part. I use it to convert Word and PowerPoint templates into PDF in my local application, and as of now, it's working really well for me. The formatting stays the same, no weird issues with layout, and I didn't have to install Office or set up any separate service just to do the conversion. It's like that it just handles everything on its own. This saved me a lot of time also, since I don't need to build the conversion process from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essential Studio?

Honestly, as of now, I haven't really run into any big problems using Essential Studio. The conversion works fine for the templates I use, so I don't have major complaints yet. If I really have to say something, maybe it's the licensing cost it can add up especially if the project grows. Also, the documentation could be a bit clearer sometimes, so I still need to search around or test things myself to understand certain features. But overall, I don't have any serious downside so far, it's more like small things that I just work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Production-Ready Components with Excellent Performance and Thorough Docs"
5/5
What do you like best about Essential Studio?

The breadth and maturity of the component library is the biggest advantage. Syncfusion provides production‑ready controls that behave consistently across frameworks, which removes a huge amount of UI engineering overhead. Their grids, charts, schedulers, and document processing libraries are exceptionally robust — they handle edge cases I would normally have to implement myself.

Performance is excellent even with large datasets, and the API surface is predictable, which makes onboarding new developers easy. The documentation is thorough, and the examples are practical enough to drop directly into real projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essential Studio?

Some advanced customizations take time to configure, and occasional updates require minor adjustments. Still, these are small trade-offs for the overall quality of the components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool with Robust Features and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Essential Studio?

I used Essential Studio's tool to implement a Timeline mapper for my system smith.gathuku.com, which is a law firm management system. So far, I have had no issues, as it is very robust, light on my system and browser, and very straightforward to implement. As I said, it is very light, stable, and easy to implement. And as a major plus, it comes with great user and developer support. Implementing a visualized timeline for activities in my system was an essential part of the system, which was a key module. I researched other tools and plugins, and of all the ones I tried, Essential Studio performed and had the exact features I was looking for. So I chose to incorporate it into my system, which gave it an edge over other similar systems. I use it on a system I developed. It is a module I thankfully incorporated into my system to improve its usefulness. The initial setup of Essential Studio was very easy, and on a scale of 0-9, with 0 being the hardest, I give it a strong 8. Definitely 10 when asked how likely I am to recommend Essential Studio to a friend or colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essential Studio?

The only thing I would like is to have the timeline plugin have more UI features like multicolors for different activity parameters and larger customizable pop-ups when I click on an activity on the timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rich Components and Multiplatform Compatibility"
4/5
What do you like best about Essential Studio?

I use Essential Studio mainly to create rich Flutter applications and I appreciate it for the richness and consistency of its components, especially SfDataGrid. The cross-platform compatibility is also a plus. Essential Studio allows me to quickly build professional and complex interfaces without having to re-implement advanced features like sorting, filtering, frozen columns, charts, or PDF management. It is very efficient and customizable, which speeds up the development of structured desktop interfaces. Moreover, the initial installation was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essential Studio?

The stability of desktop charts could be improved, especially when dismantling widgets. For SfDataGrid, a simpler API for batch editing, validation, change tracking, and saving would greatly reduce custom code. Complete examples of responsive desktop interfaces with frozen columns would also be useful. I would particularly like better stability of charts when navigating on macOS and desktop, as well as an SfDataGrid API dedicated to editing sessions, with tracking of modified rows, validation, cancellation, and grouped saving. Complete desktop examples combining responsive design, horizontal scrolling, and frozen columns on the left and right would also be very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Document Components with Flexible Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Essential Studio?

What I like most about Essential Studio is the broad and reliable set of document-processing components, particularly the PDF Viewer and Document SDK. These components have helped us integrate document viewing and processing capabilities into our applications without having to build complex functionality from scratch. The APIs are generally well structured, the documentation is useful, and the components offer good performance and flexibility for enterprise use cases. This has reduced development effort and accelerated the delivery of document-related features in our solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essential Studio?

The initial license activation process could be more intuitive. It is not always clear where the purchased licenses are displayed in the platform or which steps are required to activate and assign them correctly. A clearer onboarding flow, with a centralized license dashboard and step-by-step activation guidance, would significantly improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wide variety of components and their reliability in development projects."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Essential Studio?

The wide variety of components and how we use them has led to greater reliability and faster development for our applications. Overall, it has helped us build and maintain our apps more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Essential Studio?

I’d appreciate a bit more publicly available information, and the page sometimes freezes when I’m trying to access examples of certain components. This ends up slowing down the research process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
