EsquireTek has given me the platform to use my time efficiently and effectively. It is a one stop shop for Discovery. EsquireTek creates my shells, allows me to communicate with my clients through the platform, create my own objections, and then generates the final response to the Discovery Request. Cannot reccomend this more to any attorney or legal staff or human that works on any part of discovery! **What do you dislike about ESQUIRETEK?** I truly just love this product & all it has to offer **What problems is ESQUIRETEK solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to use my time efficiently and effectively ### 2. It makes things easy for the client and let's them take part in the discovery process. **What do you dislike about ESQUIRETEK?** This could be user error on my part and this might already exist, but would love to have the option to also draft outgoing discovery through the platform. **What problems is ESQUIRETEK solving and how is that benefiting you?** The discovery process is very involved and can take a long time. Esquiretek makes drafting discovery streamlined and easy to communciate with clients. ### 3. Time consuming for back end users but has potential **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023 **What do you like best about ESQUIRETEK?** It is easier and less time consuming to get answers from clients regarding discovery answers. **What do you dislike about ESQUIRETEK?** The templates provided are not customizable and I spend a lot of time formatting the template to meet our office needs. The back end use is not very user friendly and requires a lot of clicking, hunting and manipulation to get an end result that your firm would present to opposing counsel. Great for obtaining client information but not as easy to finalize information. It's easier to take the information the clients provide and place it into my own templates than to try and reformat the EsquireTek forms. Most attorney's have their own preferences when it comes to how they want their discovery to look. I've been working with EsquireTek for over 6 months to get the templates to reflect my attorney's preference but they seem to fail on the back end of the program. Initially response time was great. Now after six months, when I reach out to EsquireTek, it's been radio silence on correcting the issues even after speaking with the owner of the company. Program has potential if you can get cooperation from EsquireTek. **What problems is ESQUIRETEK solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easier to get the responses from client. ### 4. Being able to send questions to our clients with a click of a button is a feature I will never be able to give up. Esquiretek has become essential to my Paralegal role. **What do you dislike about ESQUIRETEK?** I dislike that not all my Paralegal colleagues at other firms get to use Esquirtek. **What problems is ESQUIRETEK solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Esquiretek, I get to easily communicate with my clients. Discovery questions are sent directly to the client's phone and answered almost immediately by our clients. Clients answer much sooner with this software than when sending them Discovery requests the traditional way. ### 5. It allows for constant communication with the clients to get the answers to discovery questions efficiently and on time. If you do ever have a problem, the customer service is amazing and the problem is solved almost immediately. **What do you dislike about ESQUIRETEK?** I don't believe there is a downside. There are some glitches but they get fixed immediately. **Recommendations to others considering ESQUIRETEK:** I highly recommend anyone who is an attorney who does discovery get duct and use it. **What problems is ESQUIRETEK solving and how is that benefiting you?** The time it takes to do discovery has decreased dramatically. It allows our paralegals and us as attorneys to spend more time working on the case rather than asnwering discovery. ### 6. We do all contigency work. The biggest drag is answering discovery. Takes a long time, and we cannot bill for that. The other side knows and bogs us down. Now with EsquireTek we can answer discovery in just hours. It is all automated. This is game changing. **What do you dislike about ESQUIRETEK?** The only downside is they do not have it in Texas yet, where I have my office, but I heard they will be there shortly, so problem solved! **What problems is ESQUIRETEK solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows plaintiff firms to compete with big firms. Allows insurance company firms to downsize need of staff, AND lower costs bigly! ### 7. Truly a wonderful tool. I think they may have patched this already but you can only upload 1 set of discovery at a time. E.g. When you get SPROGs Set 2, you must delete SPROGS, set 1 first. **What problems is ESQUIRETEK solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speed pt dicsocvey. Not to mention client communications.
