I am a very organized and template driven attorney because I love to spend my time talking to and advocating for my clients. EsquireTek has given me the platform to use my time efficiently and effectively. It is a one stop shop for Discovery. EsquireTek creates my shells, allows me to communicate with my clients through the platform, create my own objections, and then generates the final response to the Discovery Request. The templates provided are not customizable and I spend a lot of time formatting the template to meet our office needs. The back end use is not very user friendly and requires a lot of clicking, hunting and manipulation to get an end result that your firm would present to opposing counsel. Great for obtaining client information but not as easy to finalize information.

It's easier to take the information the clients provide and place it into my own templates than to try and reformat the EsquireTek forms. Most attorney's have their own preferences when it comes to how they want their discovery to look. I've been working with EsquireTek for over 6 months to get the templates to reflect my attorney's preference but they seem to fail on the back end of the program. Initially response time was great. Now after six months, when I reach out to EsquireTek, it's been radio silence on correcting the issues even after speaking with the owner of the company. Esquiretek significantly reduces the amount of time it takes to do discovery. It allows for constant communication with the clients to get the answers to discovery questions efficiently and on time. I own my own law firm. We do all contigency work. The biggest drag is answering discovery. Takes a long time, and we cannot bill for that. The other side knows and bogs us down. Nothing! Truly a wonderful tool. I think they may have patched this already but you can only upload 1 set of discovery at a time. E.g. When you get SPROGs Set 2, you must delete SPROGS, set 1 first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
