**What do you like best about Espresa?**

Our team is amazing. In addition, the platform is so easy to use. The LSA and recognition feature are awesome and I love creating challenges for my colleagues!

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

I don't like that I have to manually update recognition budgets or ask our account manager to do it for me.

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The manager's budget issue. We assumed this was fed over on the file, but it's not.

**What do you like best about Espresa?**

We have an amazing account manager who is super responsive and supportive. Espresa is very flexible and adaptable when we want to configure things a certain way and even change our mind along the way. We were able to implement global recognition, global LSAs and US tuition with Espresa, simplifying vendors and administration.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

We create our own LSA challenges because most of their delivered challenges don't meet our needs.

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to create consistent global wellness and recognition programs with Espresa which consolidated to one vendor and saved us money.

**What do you like best about Espresa?**

I love the flexibility of Espresa, as it helps drive engagement by focusing on what matters to our employees when it comes to wellness. Espresa offers the means to deliver on those needs. Their customer service is top-notch. Implementation was an absolute breeze, probably the easiest I've experienced in over 30 years. Administration is beyond easy, and the reporting is clear, concise, and actionable.

Espresa reinvented our wellness program without extending the budget. It provides flexibility, reflecting our employees' wellness needs, and engages them effectively.

  ### 4. Poor Customer Support for Recognition Rewards

**What do you like best about Espresa?**

Company uses espresa to manage some wellness benefits and recognition rewards.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

1. Often the redemption of recognition rewards from points to gift cards does not process properly. Points are deducted from the Espresa account but subsequent links to gift card details, such as the gift card number and pin, are not provided or do not work. This has happened when ordering gift cards for Ebay and for Amazon.


2. There is no live Customer Support to address issues, which must be reported within 3 business days. No one answers the phone number they have provided. You have to leave a voicemail. When contacting them through their email address, they use AI or a bot to generate a generic response which acknowledges they have your email and will review, directs the customer to review "your plan" and the hours during which they will be open for business.

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not solving problems if there is no active Espresa Customer Support.

  ### 5. Easy for Employees, Fast Claim Approvals, and Simple Employer Admin

**What do you like best about Espresa?**

I like that it’s easy for employees to use, claim approvals are quick, and, best of all, it’s administratively simple for the employer. Our account management team is wonderful—they’re responsive, help us make decisions based on market practice, and are always available to answer questions.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

We seem to have file eligibility issues that we need to work through with our Ben Admin and Espresa files. I don't think these are system issues specifically but something to work through. We don't like that we can't enable SSO and login.

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Espresa is solving the problem of providing employees a wellness credit benefit and making it easy to use.

**What do you like best about Espresa?**

Espresa helps to bring people together, especially for events! At Samsung, we use espresa to sign up for events that include massages and cooking classes!  It is easy to use and we frequently use the service as it was easy to integrate to our culture.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

I have nothing bad to say, customer support is good so no issue! Implementing this system was good too.

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to get reimbursed for lifestyle account is soooo good!

**What do you like best about Espresa?**

It's straightforward to use. The claim details are easily tracked on it. I have raised a few requests, and they get approved seamlesslty. It's a great tool for uploading the bills.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

I have been using it for a few months and did not face any issues yet. I love it that it works seamlessly. I did not find any problems yet.

It helps in raising the request for WFH reimbursement claims and the money gets credited in the account easily.

Easy to use and intuitive, the UI and UX feels engaging. Colours, and button design makes this intuitive to follow a process.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

Not easy to itemise perk submissions requests and sometimes have to create multiple requests. Improve this by enabling itemised submissions

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly used for perk submissions and much easier to use than Concur which is for business expenses.

Espresa is user friendly and quick to pick up without training. It is one of the apps I use for work most frequently and genuinely enjoy using to give internal kudos.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

We leverage Espresa on a limited use case. It would be great to see their footprint expand so that the tool adds more value for individual users - a one stop shop.

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Espresa makes it easy for my company to share recognition across individual employees and reimburse certain perks. The reimbursement process through Espresa I have found to be easier than other tools.

the mobile app is one of the best I've used, never crashes and will upload to laptop when opened on desktop.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

not many things I don't like. possibly an improvement in larger text on the mobile app.

helping me submit quarterly procore perks and sends me reminders on when they are due.

**What do you like best about Espresa?**

Espresa makes it pretty easy to manage company-wide perks. I use Espresa to sign-up for workout classes, buy tickets to events, and get reimbursements, as well as giving shout outs and recognition to coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

I do wish when registering for events that the calendar integration was better so I could add them to my Google Calendar, also sometime the search functionality is not as intuitive.

It helps me stay on top of company perk offerings and provide recognition to coworkers.

**What do you like best about Espresa?**

With 100% working from home being implemented, I am trying to find new ways to socialize with my work peers. I have attended a few virtual yoga classes and a zumba class, and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. Espresa has a cute layout and makes it easy to choose a class perfectly tailored for you.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

nothing. not a bad thing to say. ease of use & consolidation of classes on the home page are KEY.

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving laziness, and notice that attending classes also opens up my social networking with work peers until we can return to office.

It's easy to submit for reimbursement, and fairly easy to navigate, and It can offer many different features in one place which is nice.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

It doesn't feel very intuitive. It's a little hard to know where everything is located and how to book classes or provide gratitude.

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use espresso for our perks program, our recognition program, and booking in office classes, appointments, etc. Having everything in one place has been super nice but it isn't really a tool that people are drawn to use, those just go in and out as needed

Easy to use, scheduling works, and easy to highlight all of the benefits available.

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

Might be a setup problem, but we have multiple benefits assigned to various 'office' locations, and we have to filter through many 'offices' (even though its just one) to find the benefits.

I'm making sure that I take full advantage of all the excellent benefits my organization offers.

I like how you can schedule a haircut, car wash ect, and it will put it on your calendar and remind you. 

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

I do not dislike anything about espresa, as far as my use it is very straight forward.

This makes it very easy to see and schedule benefits for our team.

The simplicity of using espresa is my favorite part. Intuitive in nature. 

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

No negative experiences. The software has been simple to navigate through and everything has processed immediately.

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has multiple vendors or services that come on campus. Espresa condenses all of these into one place for us to select.

**What do you like best about Espresa?**

Great customer service. Reached out to cust serv via email once, and had very prompt response/resolution, great help, and timely follow-up. A lot of services are offered via the platform: from massages to gift cards

**What do you dislike about Espresa?**

Too many useless services, like teeth whitening. Because we can't choose providers for beauty services, such as haircut, so I would never risk going through these services and have a bad haircut. Some services (e.g. massage) are not cheap either.

**Recommendations to others considering Espresa:**

Works just fine, and have a large variety of services. 

**What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see how it is a useful platform for HR to consolidate all the company benefits and service offerings. It was easy for us to get important services done (e.g. car washing) without having to leave the company/taking a couple of hours off.
