They turn on the device, it gets all the latest version of our enterprise apps and they are ready to go within minutes. We were evaluating several device management systems for growing business need. Among the final candidates, Esper beat all others in every single aspect in which we evaluated and were interested in. Apart from that, the platform is able to deliver the functionality providing a smooth and straightforward experience. The setup process was reliably easy and migrating from the trial to the full product was very smooth. There are two aspects that I'd like to highlight of the product's UX: The Esper console is very intuitive and straight-forward. This is much appreciated and something we don't take for granted, as many of the alternatives that we tried were seriously playing on another level in this regard. The Esper provisioning process is as stream-lined as it can be. This is critical, especially for large fleets of devices. Operative costs are greatly optimized when having as little set-up and maintenance as possible as Esper is able to deliver. I'd strongly recommend Esper for use cases where you want to maintain a fleet of devices, either for internal or external use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I'd welcome some of this functionality to be developed into the standard, SDK-less functionality that is able to be delivered with just configuration in the Esper console.
