What do you like best about eSkill?

I really enjoy eSkill's ease of use, especially when it comes to selecting assessments from the large database or creating our own using the eSkill Author function. The assessment database offers a wide array of topics and allows me to easily find what I need by just entering a keyword. I appreciate that eSkill Author lets us create assessments and questions for niche topics. The integration with our Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn, provides a seamless experience for reviewing assessments and scores. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and the support from the Client Success Manager and eSkill Technical Support has been fast and reliable. There's also a helpful library of guides and 'how to's' in the eSkill Help Center. Lastly, I'm impressed with how user-friendly and accessible everything is. What do you dislike about eSkill?

What do you like best about eSkill?

I received the best end-user feedback regarding the AI assistant to look up questions, as it has streamlined so much our test-making process to evaluate candidates for the different areas to service our clients.

— Well-calibrated questions: Especially the technical questions; the questions always hit the mark for their stated difficulty level and are well constructed.

—Easy to navigate: We breeze through sending tests to candidates, we know where to look up reports, etc.

—Great account manager: They are so responsive and lovely. I don't think any query of mine spend more that two days in the void before an answer.

—It Just Works. Reliable basically all of the time in my experience (unless maintenance is scheduled). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eSkill?

It's hard to keep track of usage. It would be great if there was a usage dashboard somewhere. Technically, we can judge by initiated + completed tests, but a one-step solution would be great in order to be a good partner for the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service we have experienced has been exceptional. The people we met with when reviewing the product really listened to what our needs were and what we were looking for in an assessment. What do you like best about eSkill?

eSkill stands out for its credibility as a pre-employment assessment platform. The structured, role-relevant assessments give our hiring process a defensible, professional foundation that instills confidence with both our team and our candidates. The content library is impressive in its breadth and flexibility; being able to select, customize, and combine test modules across a wide range of roles and skill sets means we're not forcing candidates into a one-size-fits-all experience. But honestly, what has made the biggest difference is the support we've received from Stefan and Chance. They've been genuinely invested in our success: responsive, proactive, and willing to dig into the specifics of our use case rather than offering generic guidance. What do you like best about eSkill?

One of the main things I like about eSkill is that as a customer, they listen to us. They've been very helpful in setting up additional assessments to administer. I just appreciate the fact that they're responsive. By having eSkill responsive to our requests, it has made our jobs easier because we have several vendors that require a lot of back-and-forth just to get an answer, but eSkill is one of those vendors that is very responsive. What do you dislike about eSkill?

Just personally for our business, we need the ability to test someone's literacy level in American English, and score it to meet the requirements of the client. eSkills is working on it, but it's not there yet. What do you like best about eSkill?

I really value eSkill for simplifying the administration of assessments. I like how it helps my team administer, create, and evaluate assessments objectively and mostly free of bias. The blind coding assessments are particularly useful, as they enable managers to evaluate these assessments without bias since they can't identify the candidates. What do you dislike about eSkill?

I like how easy it is to modify the assessments on eSkill. We are able to create individual links to show patterns for each of the areas we test. The head of our TA team has been identifying stronger questions from the eSkill library to make the assessments more challenging, which is great for predicting future success.
