It is easy to navigate and is very user friendly. **What do you dislike about ProfitSword?** Some formatting on report views make you have to scroll sideways more to view all necessary data. It would also be great if there was a report to see all manual adjustments in the IJ. **What problems is ProfitSword solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not sure what they're solving. ### 2. It is very easy to use and is best for financial reporting. It helps in reducing the manual work and also saves some time, and provides some of the basic reports. Also, the customer service is excellent and quite knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about ProfitSword?** One of the most significant limitations of ProfitSword is that it doesn't work with the iOS mobile platform and MAC desktop platform. Also, another limitation that should be improved is that the support is only available on email and not on the phone or live support. Also, some functions could be more intuitive and quicker to access. Sometimes it takes time to load, and the system becomes slow. **What problems is ProfitSword solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProfitSword is a fully-featured Business Intelligence software that offers Performance Metrics, Data Visualizations, Dashboard, Ad Hoc Query, etc., at a single place. With the help of this software we have been able to save much time because it automatically provides some of the reports that saved a lot of manual effort. ### 3. It greatly streamlines processes and makes updating budgets and forecasts a breeze. I also really like the customizable reports and homescreens. **What do you dislike about ProfitSword?** There is a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you have navigated around a bit it becomes pretty user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering ProfitSword:** This product will save you time and frustration when managing your daily accounting, forecasting, and budgeting needs. It is easy to navigate and makes updating quick and easy. It serves as a great all in one reference all year long. **What problems is ProfitSword solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to update and reference forecasts and budgets. Great for daily accounting and realtime updates. I find it so much easier to work with this product than Excel workbooks. ### 4. I use it to budget hotel revenue on a day by day basis for two properties and this program is pretty straightforward. The reports are awesome. PNL, budget to forecast variance, very helpful. **What do you dislike about ProfitSword?** Can be a little slow at times, tends to error out. They have made huge changes overall to the program and made it much more user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering ProfitSword:** Good program, take the training's that are offered. **What problems is ProfitSword solving and how is that benefiting you?** It slows down sometimes, locks you out. Problems with pulling the budget to all sections of the program. Easy way to budget and forecast hotel revenue. ### 6. The reports when formatted as a PDF could be larger. They print extremely tiny and it is very hard to read if you are not viewing them on the computer screen. **Recommendations to others considering ProfitSword:** Utilize all of the tools this software offers! Their technical support team is also really great. **What problems is ProfitSword solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can easily compare day to day, or month to month revenues and expenses to see what needs to change to maximize profits.
